Santiago was always very responsive, the check in was very easy the lobby people was very kind and helpful the building is very clean the piscina beautiful and front beach spectacular, the apartment was very clean and beautiful just like the pictures showed, I will come back greatly recommend it.

Amazing place where to stay if you are in Cartagena! Great location by the beach and pool downstairs! Balcony view was amazing and definitely our favorite spot for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner 🥰 apartment was modern, clean and with everything you need! Owners made sure we have everything for cooking(oil, seasonings, coffee) and we really appreciate that we didn’t have to buy all that 🙏 Definitely the place where we would love to come back! Thank you for having us !

This was a great stay. Near restaurant some very good restaurants. The location cannot be defeated. They have a tattoo and piercing area nearby - ATMs were close and plenty(col banks). There's a walking trail along the coast, where you can enjoy the city view as you get some steps in. There's also an indoor tennis court across the street - definitely going to try that next time and probably book this place. They even have a hair transplant place nearby - I'll definitely consider this place again if I do the procedure. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a great location with plenty of things to do around.

Great stay! I would 100% come back and stay here. It was conveniently located to nearby shops and restaurants. Don Platico was our favorite to walk to. Just a short 2min walk. Super clean and always easy to get a hold of.

Wonderful accommodation for me and my daughter! Safe for children, cozy, with all the amenities and a luxury view. The pool is great, clean and family friendly. The building staff are very friendly and helpful. We went for a walk and felt very safe, with everything nearby, beach, travel agencies, restaurants, shopping center, supermarkets, taxi service.

Fantastic place in the heart of Laguito a popular tourist place. Overlooking the lake and a clear view of the ocean with a nice balcony to enjoy your morning coffee whilst watching the sunrise. Very well equipped apartment with everything you need for long stays including cleaning supplies. The hosts are very responsive with lots of information about things to do in the area. Well worth its 5 star rating and we will definitely be coming back!!!

Our stay at this apartment was simply spectacular. From the first moment we felt very comfortable; the place was impeccable, well-equipped and charmingly decorated. What we enjoyed the most was the pool and, without a doubt, the breathtaking view from the apartment, it's postcard-worthy! In addition, the price seemed excellent considering everything it includes. We were a family of 3 adults and my son. The stay was quite good. The apartment fulfilled everything promised and Sandra was a very kind host who explained everything very well when we checked in, so we didn't have to communicate at all during our time in the apartment. What a great stay! Everything is literally a walking distance to a even more great time! Recommendations from the host were absolutely on point! I know where to stay when I return.

The attention was excellent. Daniel and Mrs. Patricia are very attentive. The building is about 20 minutes from the city, it's not difficult to get an Uber or Didi. A shopping mall is 6 minutes away by car. I thought that even though it was far from the city, there was no way to get stranded. The apartment was super organized and clean.

Nice spot, there a few small store next door wich make it easy to gather stuff to drink and eat.

Everything was great in the apartment. The apartment was very nice and exactly what we needed and expected. However, you do have to be conscious of noise levels in the apartment building due to neighbors. We enjoyed our stay. We also liked the convenience of being able to walk to the local stores to purchase items we needed and the convenience of walking to the restaurants. The restaurants were a very short walk up the street, with a few more options a little further up the street with an accessable pedestrian walkway that crosses to the other side of the roadway. At no time did we feel unsafe in the area, which was a concern before arriving. Would definitely consider staying here for future visits to Cartagena.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. We had a great time in this apartment.

The hosts were extremely accommodating by helping me surprise my boyfriend with decorations for his birthday that he love. The place is just like the pictures and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. The pool is beautiful and supervised by security for added peace of mind. The location is central to all the main attractions. The host recommended several restaurants and very knowledgable. Dont hesitate and book this place now you wont be disappointed.

Of all the places I have stayed at, definitely in my top 5. It’s a shame that the AC is quite so noisy but I understand this is common throughout the building. Nevertheless, a great and comfortable place.

Excellent location, central and accessible to all key areas in Ctg. Apt is modern with plenty of restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. Directly across from one of the most relaxed beach areas. I will definitely be coming here to stay again.

Great location and a well-equipped apartment – it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were also able to check in early, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool on the 40th floor was not available, and another pool was closed after just two days. One downside was the loud music at the pool areas – guests brought their own speakers, and this was allowed by the management, which affected the relaxing atmosphere. Despite these issues, the apartment itself was great, and we enjoyed our stay.

This place was AWESOME!!! Our house keeper was amazing!!! The property was spectacular. The sun rise was worth the trip alone. We will be returning to this same location. Thank you for the hospitality. Can’t wait to come back next year
