Excellent apartment!! Well located, with everything you need for a short or long stay. Very well equipped. Mrs. Lorena is a very friendly, pleasant and helpful person. Really highly recommended.

This was a great stay. Near restaurant some very good restaurants. The location cannot be defeated. They have a tattoo and piercing area nearby - ATMs were close and plenty(col banks). There's a walking trail along the coast, where you can enjoy the city view as you get some steps in. There's also an indoor tennis court across the street - definitely going to try that next time and probably book this place. They even have a hair transplant place nearby - I'll definitely consider this place again if I do the procedure. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a great location with plenty of things to do around.

Beautiful apartment located in a new building with all the amenities. It has air conditioning, balcony, shared pool, parking floor and beach access. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. The entrance and lobby with lots of vegetation and green areas that give you a lot of tranquility and a spectacular look. Highly recommended and I would go back without thinking.

Wonderful accommodation for me and my daughter! Safe for children, cozy, with all the amenities and a luxury view. The pool is great, clean and family friendly. The building staff are very friendly and helpful. We went for a walk and felt very safe, with everything nearby, beach, travel agencies, restaurants, shopping center, supermarkets, taxi service.

Fantastic place in the heart of Laguito a popular tourist place. Overlooking the lake and a clear view of the ocean with a nice balcony to enjoy your morning coffee whilst watching the sunrise. Very well equipped apartment with everything you need for long stays including cleaning supplies. The hosts are very responsive with lots of information about things to do in the area. Well worth its 5 star rating and we will definitely be coming back!!!

Of all the places I have stayed at, definitely in my top 5. It’s a shame that the AC is quite so noisy but I understand this is common throughout the building. Nevertheless, a great and comfortable place.

Our stay at this apartment was simply spectacular. From the first moment we felt very comfortable; the place was impeccable, well-equipped and charmingly decorated. What we enjoyed the most was the pool and, without a doubt, the breathtaking view from the apartment, it's postcard-worthy! In addition, the price seemed excellent considering everything it includes. My second time here because I had a great experience here before and once again this place was great. Hosts were very prompt , helpful , and responded quick. Easy to communicate with . Gave great local resturant recommendations and advice for Cartagena. Place was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view . Building has 24 hour security and don't allow outsiders in. Building has nice pool and gym . Had a wash machine and dryer in the condo which was a plus. The location was perfect . About 10 minute cab ride to Centro and 20 minutes to airport , and 10 minutes to boat excursions for the islands. or tours. Grocery stores , stores , and local restaurants are within walking distance in the Bocagrande neighborhood. Next time I visit this will be my first choice .

The accommodation exceeded my expectations: everything was impeccably clean, well decorated and with all the details designed to make the stay comfortable and cozy. Excellent location, central and accessible to all key areas in Ctg. Apt is modern with plenty of restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. Directly across from one of the most relaxed beach areas. I will definitely be coming here to stay again.

Everything was great in the apartment. The apartment was very nice and exactly what we needed and expected. However, you do have to be conscious of noise levels in the apartment building due to neighbors. We enjoyed our stay. We also liked the convenience of being able to walk to the local stores to purchase items we needed and the convenience of walking to the restaurants. The restaurants were a very short walk up the street, with a few more options a little further up the street with an accessable pedestrian walkway that crosses to the other side of the roadway. At no time did we feel unsafe in the area, which was a concern before arriving. Would definitely consider staying here for future visits to Cartagena.

This place was so comfortable for our family of 4. We enjoyed the stunning view of the water. It was close to shops, all the wonderful restaurants, park nearby for morning walk or jog. We felt very safe there. The WiFi was excellent! We worked while we were there. Place was just 10-15 minute uber ride to the walled city. Alejandra was very helpful and responsive host. We would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location, was very close to the airport and very private. Everything was nice and matched the photos. And a plus point is that they allow baggage drop off for early flights. Also a big thank you to hosts as they were very responsive at all times. Keep it up. Would definitely recommend this place.

The hosts were extremely accommodating by helping me surprise my boyfriend with decorations for his birthday that he love. The place is just like the pictures and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. The pool is beautiful and supervised by security for added peace of mind. The location is central to all the main attractions. The host recommended several restaurants and very knowledgable. Dont hesitate and book this place now you wont be disappointed.

Great location and a well-equipped apartment – it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were also able to check in early, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool on the 40th floor was not available, and another pool was closed after just two days. One downside was the loud music at the pool areas – guests brought their own speakers, and this was allowed by the management, which affected the relaxing atmosphere. Despite these issues, the apartment itself was great, and we enjoyed our stay.

Fernando’s hospitality is top level and his responsiveness brought peace and calm to the overall experience. The hot tub was terrific. The space itself was very clean and everything else was right outside of the suite, like stores, banks, beaches, restaurants, etc. I foresee us staying with Fernando in the near future yet again.
