Beautiful home! The views from the sunroom are 5 star. Looking out at the pool and lake every morning while eating breakfast was super nice. Home was very clean! Used all the amenities. We really made ourselves at home during stay. Quiet, private, and relaxing for the entire family. Stayed four nights and didn’t want to leave. We enjoyed downtown Carrollton. Highly recommend the Brazilian steakhouse. We had to travel to Atlanta a couple of times during our stay. About a 45 minute drive which was nice. Jason was an awesome! Host! Highly recommend! Home was better than expected.

Peaceful Retreat at Beautiful Lake Carroll

The house was the perfect lake home for what we needed and wanted while visiting local family —comfortable, welcoming, plenty of spaces to gather and relax, yet big enough for private accommodations and rest. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the lake, but sure enjoyed the view and peaceful location. It’s why we chose a house over a hotel—the conveniences and coziness of home—with special touches in every room. And especially appreciated the convenience of streaming services with no wifi challenges that we on occasion face with rentals. It truly felt like we stayed with friends.

We came to town for 2 nights for a competition. My wife and 2 kids and my mother-in-law. It was the perfect size, vibe, location, etc for task in town but also for making memories… Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality as well.

I’ve stayed there for work twice. Improvement was noticed. Once again she is very accommodating by allowing me to leave clothes and groceries wherever I’ve booked week to week and go home on weekends. I’m staying again 2/3/25. She emptied drawers etc for my personal items. I’m very pleased. The past stay the home was very clean and attempts to improve were well noticed. I would suggest an ironing board and iron along with the previous suggestions of lamps. Will definitely stay again when I travel to the area if available.

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. Come, relax at the lake. The setting is secluded lakefront mobile home on 1 Acre of land. A large screened-in porch (24x16) overlooking the lake invites intimate conversations, fishing and some enjoyable time on the water. Paddle boat or Jon-boat is available (with notice) Tumlin lake is the City water supply so water is clean. No Motorized water-craft allowed on lake. Only sail and paddle craft permitted.
