Beautiful location for this old house that has its charm. A beautiful view from the second floor bedroom. Possibility to then do everything on foot and access the shopping street in 10 minutes walk. Friendly stay. Host accommodating for the departure time in low season. Small point to note, the sound insulation between the rooms could be improved. We enjoyed the bouquet of fresh flowers upon arrival.

A big thank you to Etienne and Valérie for hosting us. The house is just perfect for a stay in Saint Malo. Very well equipped, it feels like home! Great location, quiet but not far from the main activities of the city. Flexible check-in to accommodate our baby and finally, very good responsiveness from the hosts who were able to answer our questions. We will be back!

the owner is charming, we were very well looked after as well as our dog who had a closed yard. The house is spacious and bright, perfectly equipped. The place is quiet, very quiet. For our sporting activity we had 2 golf courses 5 km and 25 km. The village touches Granvile which is very pretty. Thank you Yannick

We had a great time with the family for the Christmas holidays. The house was perfectly true to the description, as well as the promised view, no disappointment! moreover the house had been decorated for Christmas! the house is large and very warm and really conducive to family gatherings! in addition the hosts are very responsive and friendly , we had a small power outage at 10pm which was fixed very quickly with Sebastien's assistance. The game room and hot tub are really a plus , as well as the large fireplace that allows long cocooning evenings in the living room . We'll definitely be back!

Our family from the US, Wales and London spent 5 amazing nights making memories at this great place! You can walk to the beach in less than 5 mins, walk to city center and great restaurants! I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Normandy area!

We had a great time with friends. The house is ideal for both families and groups. It is perfectly located, tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped. You can really feel the attention to detail and the care taken to ensure the comfort of the guests. Everything is designed to make you feel good, from the accessories and products provided to the layout of the rooms, all with their own private bathroom – a real plus! The exteriors are spacious, very well maintained and perfectly equipped: heated spa, large covered outdoor table, deckchairs… Ideal for making the most of sunny days in a friendly atmosphere. A big thank you also to the owners, very welcoming, available and discreet. Their kindness and responsiveness made a significant contribution to the quality of our stay. Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Apartment ideally located a few meters from the beach. Balcony with a view to the beach.

Very comfortable place with everything thought of. Very peaceful and quiet. Comfortable bed but not suited to anyone 6ft and over as the bed has a footboard. Lovely deck off the bedroom to enjoy a morning coffee and the views.

Very clean and very nice accommodation! Beautiful hikes are accessible from the accommodation, on foot, as is the beach. The view of the sea and Mont Saint Michel is a significant bonus. Thank you very much to Nathalie for her responsiveness and kindness!
