An ancient park area (0.3 hectares) with century-old eucalyptus at the entrance and two houses built in the 19th century, after reconstruction, fully correspond to the official name of house - "Le Vieux Nid" - "The Old Nest". The house has a unique location - it is detached, but is located in the center of the town, walking distance from the bus stop is about 1 min. And at the same time, you can be either in a gorge or in a small beach house on the ocean shore in 10-12 minutes.

The apartment offers an incredible view from Cancale to Granville via the Pointe du Grouin and the Chausey Islands Archipelago. The apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator, with direct access to the beach. This F3 can accommodate from 1 to 6 people (maximum 4 adults).

Served by excellent restaurants and bistros in the same building and others within walking distance. The apartment is newly renovated and is ideal for a couple.
