I can't say enough about how absolutely beautiful this property is. Coming down the driveway feels like you're entering a private botanical garden. Just gorgeous. The house had everything our family of 6 needed. Beach chairs, coolers, plenty of space and lots of cute, friendly pets wandering around. The kids just loved petting the kitties and doggies. Hector and Kim are so friendly but still give you your privacy. The location is stellar. You really feel like you're super removed from the hustle and bustle but you're only 25 min from the airport, 15 min from El Yunque and 10 min from a great beach with beach bars and restaurants. Comfy beds, awesome kitchen space, great a/c! Book it now! We didn't want to leave.

This spot was great for us! It had a cozy at home and community feel being a guest suite, outdoor area, and pups and cats around. The space is small, but worked out for us as we only needed it to sleep and bathe. So nice having items for beach available to us: Towels, chairs, coolers, etc. Gigi was so kind and wish I was able to spend more time with her!

Very accommodating and kind! Was accessible and helpful! It’s definitely small, but truly comfortable and was the perfect place to rest and make small meals.

The space was exactly as described and exactly what we needed! Great location - fantastic neighborhood with close restaurants and a short block walk to the beach. It was perfect!

My stay at La Botanica Hotel was simply amazing. The atmosphere there is very calming. Upon entering nto the space with beautiful greenery and sounds of wind chimes, one is transported to an oasis, in the middle of the city. The team members are all very amiable and willing to answer what ever questions I may have had. The room was basic but very comfortable with everything necessary including beach towels, beach mat and cooler bag. I looked forward to the morning yoga practices followed by a vegan breakfast…..the food was definitely a high point with such presentation, flavour and variety! The chefs are awesome, make sure you have Solange’s mole made with pure love! The beach is a mere 5 minute walk away and the water was very warm and enticing.. La Botánica is the perfect unpretentious spot for a reset of mind, body and soul.

Had a wonderful 8 night stay here with my mom! The host and co host helped us quickly when we needed it and everything was as expected with the reservation. I would say the only slight issue we had was noises at night sometimes (loud repetitive coughing, loud cars, etc.) but that was out of their control and we deal with that at home so no biggie. Smelled good, had cleaning products in case we needed it, as well as kitchen and bathroom products which deemed to be helpful. We had such an amazing stay!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood with good parking. House was very cute. Everything was neat and clean. Anything we needed was already there . Host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

Jorge was amazing! The place was super clean, I truly felt at home. His mother, Aida, is so wonderful. My kids loved her and called her grandma, She was so caring and attentive. I got a terrible sunburn and right away she told me what to put on my skin. I would recommend this place 100%. I’m coming back next year and of course, I'll be staying at Jorge’s place. Thank you so much for the hospitality.😊

We had a wonderful time at Casa Margarita. Joseph & Amber were amazing hosts and were very thoughtful and helpful through out our stay. From giving us little breakfast treats to accommodating our requests/ needs, they were truly astounding hosts. The place is described exactly as it was listed. It’s by no means is a modern place but gives local Puerto Rican house vibes. Having access to the beach gear: umbrellas, chairs, snorkel equipment etc were extremely helpful! It’s a small quaint little town and there is a small grocery store that is walkable.

Will definitely be coming back and staying here! Area is great, everything is nearby, and was good driving distance. Also very responsive at all times. Our toilet and sink was clogged and they immediately had someone come and check out what was going on and was fixed. Overall loved it!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It’s away from the hustle but not too far from things to do. The pool and the outdoor kitchen are amazing. We enjoyed breakfast by the pool every morning. It was nice to be able to grill in the evening. Had everything we needed. Would highly recommend Andrea’s place!

This was an amazing spot, loved the setting/environment super clean and Judith was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, loved the coquís singing at night 🐸🇵🇷

Our stay was absolutely amazing, I don’t have enough words to say how welcome and at home we felt here.

It was a great experience, I went to celebrate my 50th bday. She allowed us early check in and was waiting outside for our arrival. We were greeted with a big smile and gave us the keys. She even gave us a tour of the property. Before she left she gave us a shot of liquor and gave us the bottle to keep. She was the best host we ever had. During our stay the only con was the hot water. We did have a little trouble, the hot water was very inconsistent. But she informed us that it’s best that one person take a shower at time. Other than that everything was great. The pool water was perfect. Great location from the beach and la placita (we walked there all 5 nights). They even brought out an ashtray once they saw that we were getting ready to smoke. Once it was time to leave, they did allow us late check out. Overall a great stay.

The bnb was great! The space was nice and clean, we went to the restaurants she recommended! Wonderful place to stay.

From check in to check out Kristina was an amazing help! She set everything up perfectly and even decorated for my birthday. The space itself was clean and had everything we needed! It was so nice being steps away from the house after a long beach day. Will definitely be back!

The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—from the cozy bed and cold A/C to the well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful amenities. The outdoor space was a peaceful retreat, with lush greenery and a shaded sitting area we loved relaxing in. Our host went above and beyond—providing beach chairs, towels, coolers, coffee, and even homemade treats. Her communication was fast, kind, and helpful, and she offered assistance with things like airport transportation, which was so appreciated. If you're considering staying here—do it! We would absolutely come back in a heartbeat.

Adienid’s place was fantastic! It met all of my family’s needs. We love the location and the convenience of staying there. We will most certainly book again when we return to PR.

I had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood is great, and the place has everything you could need. It’s cozy, charming, and offers plenty of privacy. Plus, it’s conveniently close to everything, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The perfect place!

We felt right at home in this space. If we come to town again we surely checking on your space first. Just the right amount of commute to everything we planned to do. Amenities provided was great too from kitchen stuff to beach going stuff. Appreciate your last minute flexibility with checkout time as well.

Karin was an amazing host! She is extremely responsive and helpful. She answered all of my questions quickly. She was available at all times to help us, even add odd hours of the night. The home was beautiful and had all the amenities we could have asked for. Everything was clean and stocked. It was an amazing place to return to after exploring the island. It like a home away from home. I will definitely be booking from Karin again for our next trip to Puerto Rico.

We stayed here from the 14th to the 18th of May as pre-Birthday gateway and we had a great time. Mary and Jeff were very responsive and friendly. We loved everything about their house. The outdoor living area was perfect to fully enjoy the beautiful tropical atmosphere. Bed rooms and bath rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, nice and clean kitchen utensils and parking right outside. We highly recommend staying here and will for sure stay when we come back to the PR.
