We had a wonderful stay at John & Evelyn's ocean front dream place. The condo was clean and has a fantastic view of the beach. It's close to the airport and lots of places to eat. Old San Juan is about 15 minutes drive. I will highly recommend this place.

Arturo's condo was perfect for our girls trip. The location was a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. There is also some nice entertainment along the strip. The building is extremely safe and is a quick ride to airport and short uber rides to other San Juan activities. Arturo was extremely communicative. Would definitely reccomend!

The building itself is old but don’t let that fool you since the apartment is very up to date and modernized! everything was well maintained and cleaned when I got there, the only problem I had was with the bathroom door that didn’t close properly but other than that my stay there was fine! He provided beach towels and chairs for the beach as well as sun screen. If you forgot some basic needs he most likely had them in the Airbnb, I thought that was pretty neat. Will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, clean Airbnb that’s perfectly suited for two adults and a toddler. The space was just the right size for us, and the highlight was definitely the stunning views of the beach from the spacious balcony—such a special touch! The location is fantastic: just a short walk/drive to great restaurants, grocery stores, and with super easy beach access. The swimming pool was an added bonus, and the property even had beach essentials, which made our trips to the beaches even more convenient. Ida was truly exceptional—she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our vacation and went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. She even called to check in on us during our stay and provided helpful suggestions for local beaches and restaurants. We felt so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

This is a very charming apartment decorated with very good taste. It has lots of extras so you do not have to go out and buy things you might have forgotten. The view is gorgeous. Elevator is new and very efficient. Guards are very friendly and always happy to help. Waves at the beach could sometimes be challenging but there is a public beach less than a mile away which is very calm and quite clear. Highly recommend this place.

Our family of 4 had a great time at the apartment and enjoyed the pool and beach. Having a kitchen was so convenient. We visited the kioskos de Luquillo and El yunque during our stay. Included parking was also a plus.

Geoff and Vanessa were wonderful hosts during our stay. They checked in a couple of times during the stay to make sure everything was going well. The made us aware of some local sea turtle hatchling activities on the beach which were so much fun for us and the kids. The condo was clean and spacious and perfecty located to utilize the pools and the beach. We couldn't ask for more gracious hosts and better home base for exploring the island. our stay was absolutely amazing. The place looks exactly like the pictures – the views are stunning, the pool and jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing, and the whole vibe is just so peaceful and comfortable. Our host (Tom) was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations (he literally has a binder with food recommendations, beaches and activities). You can really tell tom cares about making sure guests have a great experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything you want to see in Puerto Rico, and the property itself is like a little slice of paradise. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with all the amenities and more, this is definitely the spot! Highly recommend this place, and I can’t wait to come back!

I had a great experience staying at this condo! It’s just a quick 15-minute Uber ride from the airport, and the check-in process was smooth with clear instructions. Security was friendly and helpful, explaining the building rules and assisting with elevator access. The condo was well equipped, I really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and cooler, which made beach days super convenient. The location is excellent: walking distance to the beach, casinos, bars, restaurants, and both Walgreens and CVS. Uber pick-ups and drop-offs were easy, and getting to Old San Juan only took about 10–15 minutes and cost around $10. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering a trip to the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great time at Lydia’s place. We had plenty of space, it was very clean, golf cart was great addition, and great views! The king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back !

This was a great option for a family with teenagers. Safe location so they could go to pools on their own or parents could leave them in the condo for a little adult time on the beach. Not a walkable neighborhood, but great location for taking day trips to other beaches or other sites. Condo unit had extras like sports equipment and beach gear. We really enjoyed our stay there with our kids.

I encountered a minor security issue during check-in, but it was resolved quickly and without hassle. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking balcony view of the ocean that was definitely the highlight of my stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the appliances were top-notch, allowing for a seamless cooking experience. While it's clear that the building could use some remodeling, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a beachfront view with the added convenience of being just a 6-minute drive from the airport. Do keep in mind that the area can be a bit noisy due to its vibrancy, with plenty of restaurants and stores within a mile radius. If you’re looking to save some money and prepare meals in your room, this kitchen is perfect for whipping up a five-star meal right at your convenience. I also recommend visiting Pueblo grocery, which has everything you need and is open 24 hours. Without a doubt, I would return to this A

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The first thing I noticed was how impeccably clean everything was—It passed our dust test haha. It’s clear the hosts take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, which made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. Roberto, likely the groundskeeper/maintenance person, was super helpful and willing to help with additional questions. Always willing to answer any questions at any time. The space itself was also incredibly cozy and well thought out. Thoughtful touches like soft lighting but adequate, quality towels, and fresh linen. We felt safe. Parking nearby was reasonably priced with 24hr in and out access. The local “noise” was super tolerable as the bars close by 1-2am by law. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay! Omar, your place is absolutely stunning and allowed us to tap into our Bori roots.

The condo looked just like the pictures. The private beach access was nice, and it was in a convenient part of town. It was also very nice to have A/C.

Carol was a great host, and the place was just like the photos! The view was fantastic, the apartment was new, modern and super clean. The location was great as it was close to everything, many restaurants and beaches, all walkable. We miss it already, as we had such a great time. Definitely highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Linda’s apartment. She was an excellent host and check in was easy. The apartment was spotless and made us feel at home. The building is secure and you are steps away from the beach. The apartment is located in the center of Isla Verde and you are walking distance from anything you need. I would recommend Linda’s apartment and I would definitely stay here again when we return to PR.
