A beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view. I felt so relaxed with all of the natural light that enters the space and enjoyed hanging out on the balcony and looking over the ocean. The hosts were friendly and quickly responsive to any questions that I had. I'd recommend this place to anyone and would stay again myself when back in the area!

This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Great little apartment to stay at and be close to the airport. The space was nice, clean, and had a beautiful porch to relax on.

Overall a good stay. The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was responsive. However, the listing was a bit misleading regarding parking — the photos show the building’s parking entrance, but parking isn’t actually included. We only realized upon arrival that it mentioned paid parking in the fine print. Just something to keep in mind. Other than that, we enjoyed our time and the location worked well for us.

This place was truly amazing. Nice and clean, and super comfortable. The garden room was very peaceful! Mayra was such a great host, we appreciated the warm welcome and small welcome gifts. She communicated well throughout the stay. The neighborhood was also nice and quiet. Definitely recommend if this is your first time in Puerto Rico!

We had a great stay at Omar’s. Perfect location in Luquillo, a short walk from the beach, a nice convenience store right across the street, and a couple places to eat right there as well. Plenty of food and grocery stores within 5-10 min drive. The place itself was clean and stocked with everything you need. Even had a cooler, beach chairs, and a couple pool noodles for fun. The big tv was nice to relax with at night and ac was cold. Omar was very easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

I visit Puerto Rico all the time. And this apartment was amazing for my stay. The host is very responsive. The check-in process is simple and easy to understand. This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!

The Violeta apartment has a spacious joint living, dining, and kitchen area, a cozy bedroom, and bathroom. The rooftop patio is accessible from a spiral staircase on a balcony outside the bedroom, complete with a couch, chair, and inflatable hot tub. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow, and the apartment was conveniently central to Old San Juan. The highlight of my trip was the Parque de las Palomas (Pigeon Park), which is a short three minute walk away! Although the batteries in the electric keypad lock on the door did die during my stay, Colores Luxury Rentals responded immediately and replaced the batteries within two hours of my notification through Airbnb messages. Even with this taking place, I felt safe leaving the apartment unattended since the most exterior entry is a gate locked with a physical key, which would prevent anyone from accessing the apartment itself. I would recommend for individuals or couples hoping to walk around Old San Juan!
