We just loved our stay at Dan and Julia‘s Bodega Bungalow! The bungalow was in a perfect location with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. It was quiet and private but an easy seven minute drive to restaurants and markets. The bungalow was beautifully maintained and you could tell great thought and care went into the design of the home. It was extremely well stocked and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. We especially appreciated the fact that there was a coffee grinder and French Press/Chemex instead of your typical Airbnb Keurig maker.For coffee lovers, this was a great added bonus! There was a laundry washer & dryer in the home, which we did utilize once after a long hike in the redwoods. The bed, sheets and pillows were very comfortable. This was definitely one of our favorite Airbnb stays and Dan and Julia were very responsive hosts. The check-in process was smooth and easy as was checkout. We would absolutely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay in Bodega Bay! Unit was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It was a central location to use as home base and return to after all our outings. The outdoor patio was a great place to gather after dinner and enjoy a glass of wine with the sunset.

Our second visit, loved as much as the first time. Really enjoy the deck, saw families of geese several times during the day and at sunset. Love the view of the beach in the distance and the incredible sunsets. Love the swooping birds around the house and saw quite a few hawks. Very peaceful. Also love that can see the creek and green hillside from the sitting room area. Enjoyed a walk to the beach each day, looking at the creek and the houses along the way. Clam chowder from Spud point restaurant was delicious and once again had an amazing dinner at Terrapin Creek restaurant. Went to the small grocery store nearby for the first time for a few items, well stocked and convenient. Love this getaway place and will be back!

The view was wonderful and you really are a very short walking distance from the ocean. It's basically across the street. While it was very windy during our stay, we found that the glass panels on the patio shield the seating area from the worst of it, so you can still enjoy the nice view from out there. We also appreciated the wood pellet stove, nice kitchen for cooking, and great shower.
