The place was spotless. Extremely comfortable bed! I slept great! I didn't use the sofa so can't speak to that. A little traffic noise during rush hour, but nothing horrible. The location is excellent! Super easy to get to, and easy access to La Jolla, Pacific Beach, and I-5. Laura responded very quickly and was a pleasure to communicate with. The place has a friendly, welcoming vibe. I would happily stay there again.

This place was a great place to stay for a night. It was clean and the check in and checkout was hassle free.

Melissa’s place was super cute and a great place for my fiancé and I. Had all the amenities you would need and was in a quiet neighborhood with easy and accessible parking. It’s about a 1.5-2 mile hilly walk to the beach/Ocean Beach/restaurant area so I wouldn’t say it’s in a super walkable neighborhood but we had a rental car so it was easy for us to get around. Melissa’s guide book was amazing and we went to several of the recommended spots. This would be a great choice if you’re wanting to explore lots of areas of San Diego as it is centrally located and close proximity to highways.

Susan's place was in a beautiful neighborhood and just far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was calm and felt safe.. exactly what we needed for a little last minute escape. I booked and was able to check in within a couple hours after. Susan was sweet and accommodating in the short amount of time I was there.

The guest suite was roomy, spotless, and comfy. Easy to find and conveniently located near downtown San Marcos. Also, not too far from the beach.

It's a pleasure to leave comments about Heather and her place! Though not large, it's very clean, comfortable bed, easy temp control, & practical items like a small fridge, coffeemaker, stocked coffee & Tea... a lovely &comfortable place to be for a few days. Bathroom is quite nice, great tile work, clean, beautiful large shower. Also enjoyed the extra private space outdoors w bistro table/chairs to enjoy morning coffee. Perfect place to spend a few days to enjoy the area! Location wonderful... close to San Diego, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, Carlsbad. Encinitas itself is a great town, laid back, w beautiful beach & amazing places to eat. Take Heather up on all her suggestions. She was absolutely spot on w recommendations. Enjoyed them all, some more than once! Heather was a great host! Went out of her way to ensure all needs were met, was available, helpful when we needed her, communicated clearly before and during stay. Bravo Heather & tx for providing a great spot for our time away!

This aprtment is a great value. You won't find a better ocean view at a lower price. The ocean-facing wall is all glass. On the extended deck you feel as though you're surrounded by the Pacific. Wonderful. We hope to return.

This place was amazing!! Instructions were very clear to find and get into the property. It was even better than what was in the pictures. My boyfriend loved every detail about the room and spent a lot of time on the private patio, we felt right at home here! The property is about a 20 min drive from downtown and beaches so I’d recommend having a car if you book this place. Otherwise Min and David have everything you need during your stay, they even provided snacks and alcohol! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a short homey stay, would definitely book again!(:

The home was clean, nice, and exactly as described in the photos. It was a bit on the smaller side, but perfect for two guests. Just a heads-up—there are some stairs, but overall it’s easy to access. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here and would gladly book again!

My friend and I were comfortable in this spacious home this weekend. Everything looks exactly as shown in the pictures. Back patio was cute we got to take some pictures as well. Would definitely be staying here again!

I booked this place last minute for a work trip and was pleasantly surprised. It was incredibly quiet and peaceful—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The view was absolutely amazing, and the entire space was clean and well-kept. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I have more time to explore Fallbrook and the surrounding areas!

We needed a place for 3 adults Sydnie’s place was so great from the first time I messaged Sydnie she helped me with local recommendation’s for restaurants/groceries/stores she sent me all the info I messed to make our stay wonderful. The house was everything that was shown. I would recommend anyone to stay here and will definitely will be back.

Loved our stay! The room was exactly as described with a great view of the canyon. The location was great and they were very clear instructions on how to access the airbnb. Would definitely stay again!

Holy Hannah, the pictures did not do this place justice. The space was decorated beautifully and tastefully, we must have spent a good hour just looking at everything and another hour noticing all the little details, jaw dropped. Climate was comfortable at all times, surprise presents left for us were AMAZING! and the view was breath taking. 5/5 is just not high enough. Also, Rosie is a very kind and awesome host, thank you for all that you do Rosie ! You made my husbands birthday his favorite!

Kirsten has obviously put a lot of effort into making her place comfortable, and it is lovely. Kirsten is very friendly and responsive in providing local recommendations which I appreciate. I would most definitely stay at Kirsten's place again and would recommend it to others.

The apartment is, well appointed, spacious & complete with everything you could want. The gardens are beyond beautiful, with lots of interesting trees and shrubbery and even a walking trail around the whole property. The pool is lovely and child safe. We felt very safe, there was an entry code for the front gate and another for our unit. The whole house is located in a beautiful, upscale area.

Perfect location for easy access to the UCSD campus. Lovely steep walk to Black’s beach. Large main living space with lofted ceiling. Lots of storage. Workable kitchenette. Would definitely book again.

I have nothing but nice things to say about Luan’s home! Checking in went smoothly and the space was comforting and clean! He was responsive and very accommodating which made my stay easy. Would definitely book again!

I couldn't possibly come up with something that hasn't already been said before (many times) about Jeannine and her place. It is absolutely perfect and she is a model host and delightful human being. I've become quite jaded about places with near-perfect scores as I've had a number of disappointments in the past where I couldn't comprehend how the place I stayed had so many 5 star reviews. NOT HERE!! Jeannine deserves every single star and positive review that she has earned through her years of hosting. It's obvious that this apartment is her pride and joy, and that hosting it brings her immense happiness. These good vibes are contagious and and I was truly happy in every moment I spent there. To say that I felt right at home (which is a cliché statement in Airbnb reviews) is a complete understatement. I've found my home away from home in Encinitas and will always check here before booking anything else.

This is the second time I have stayed at Nicole's place. The location is great, we walked to restaurants, grocery store and of course, the beach! Nicole's place is so comfortable. Nicole is also very quick to respond. Check-in and check-out was simple. I will definitely check availability here the next time I will be in Encinitas!

Our stay was wonderful, the studio was very clean and private we loved the patio too. Directions to get to the studio were clear, Derek was quick to respond as well. Parking was easy and always available even when we got back late. Cannot recommend enough!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The house was stunning, beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Karen was a fantastic host, incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay.
