Just a mile to the coast, the house is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and a 25-minute walk into Encinitas, a classic beach surf town. Shores Park on Mission Bay where miles of bike paths lead around the bay and to the beach. Near Mission Bay Golf, and Sea World. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance (7-10 blocks). Bus lines are 5 blocks. We are on a quiet 2 block long street with bikes, beach chairs, body boards, beach toys and beach towels for your use.
