Condo vacation rentals in Carlsbad

We LOVED OUR STAY! The condo, small but spacious and complete with amenities you need! Special shoutout for the bag of white cheddar popcorn to snack on! Much thanks! We walked to the harbor across the bridge, and every kind of food was available! We had lattes at the Natural Bean and yummy fish n chips for lunch, a few steps away! The condo was warm, and cozy for a chilly spring evening, great location. Beautiful surroundings and the view was great! They had towels, chairs and boogie boards if you want to lay for hours on the beach, which is steps away! We felt safe and rested…two HUGE requirements for a vacay! Thanks for everything!

My partner enjoyed all the amenities and relaxing near the beach was perfect for our get away. The staff was friendly and showed us great stores and restaurants to go to. Would definitely book again.

Joseph is a great host and the place truly is a tropical paradise with easy access to the beach & downtown Oceanside in walking distance (.5 mi). The property does feel like a hotel but having an “adults only” hot tub is nice to get away from children if you’re wanting that. My friends and I walked to local restaurants and coffee shops each day. The place is very clean and he’s got pretty much everything you could need include extra fans and sound machines if you need some white noise to sleep, which I do so I was pleasantly surprised! Will stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

This is our third year staying at Diana’s condo, and we couldn’t be happier. The location is perfect, the condo itself is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. One of the highlights for us is the stunning view from the balcony. Diana is a fantastic host, always easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions.

We LOVED this place! Baby items along with all of the beach supplies made our visit so much easier! Spent our mornings eating breakfast on the patio with the ocean view (my toddler demanded it every morning) and the days walking to the beach and surrounding areas. Great location, great space, nice grounds/property. We would definitely stay here again!

Imran was very communitive and always responded very promptly. His home was beautifully remodeled and there was plenty of room for my family if 4. It was just steps away from the beach and 10 minutes walking distance to the harbor and restaurants. We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful vacation spot!

I cannot say enough about Leslie and Kaylie. Absolutely everything was perfect. Every I was dotted and t was crossed. Communication with them was amazing. The home was beautiful. We had an amazing stay at Nicklas’s place in San Diego! The condo is beautifully renovated and right on the waterfront—waking up to those ocean views was such a treat. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay super comfortable and convenient. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the space feel like a true home away from home. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

The condo is in a perfect location for our family. It was a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and most importantly the candy store. Having all of the beach essentials there at the house made packing for the trip easy. Thanks for a great stay.

Kelley was a very attentive and generous host! The space was spectacular. The view was so healing and surreal to wake up to every day. I loved the layout of the house also. It's an open concept so the family members were able to hangout in their own area while still being together. The neighborhood also had great places to eat and walkable to the Pier! Don't look anymore and book!

Excellent beach stay! This studio is a lovely cozy place and perfect for two. It’s in a great location. Walkable to Carlsbad Village (20 min.) and so many great restaurants and things to do there, including a Farmer’s Market. Beach across the street was basically our own. Very few people and so peaceful. Wonderful view of the ocean from our deck. We sat there often if we were at the unit. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had what we needed. Everything was very clean. We had a hiccup with the delivery of our groceries upon arrival but the management company was quick to respond and handled it immediately and according to our wishes. They actually picked up the phone so talked to a real person to rectify. The unit also provided boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas if we needed it. They were high quality too and some never used, still in packaging. We also had a washer and drier at our disposal. Overall, we loved our time here and would stay again and maybe rent other units with friends.

Nancy and Vacation In were easy to work with, they communicated timely in advance of check-in and were on hand if needed. The unit was spacious, comfortable and in a superb location right across from the beach. Lots of recent upgrades throughout. The outside space was great for breakfast and watching the sun go down and there were plenty of beach chairs, beach toys and boards. Onsite driveway and garage parking is a big plus in this area. Walkable (0.7 m) to the village for all the coffee shops and restaurants. A great find and would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

This rental was outfitted with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We especially appreciated the hypoallergenic toiletries and detergent-we have never seen that at any other vacation rentals. Everything was spotless. Very enjoyable stay overall. My compliments to the host :)

We had a little family getaway to Oceanside for my husbands birthday. My kids are 3, 5, and 7, and this place was perfect for our short stay. It really had everything we needed, I was never bummed because it was lacking something, anything I needed I found there. We loved the hot tub with the ocean view and my kids loved the video games since we don’t have that at home. The place was so clean and stocked. It was the small details that really made it so wonderful. I highly recommend and would totally stay again. Thanks Janine!

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. This was the second time that my family stayed at this AirBnB, and we absolutely love the condo's proximity to the beach. The condo itself is clean with all the basic essentials that you need... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooking supplies. Both of the times that we've stayed here the condo has been very quiet; we've never heard noise from neighbors. The condo community has several pools, hot tubs, and a tennis court plus the spectacular clubhouse with panoramic ocean views. There are lots of little coffee shops and places to walk to near the condo community and it's very family friendly. The mattresses and pillows are dated, but aside from that this condo is truly a gem.

Ricardo’s place was fantastic! A great spot for a couples getaway. The place felt very safe and clean. The outdoor area was a unique aspect that was very fun to use.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again.
