House vacation rentals in Carloforte

We really enjoyed our stay at Stefano's Airbnb at Villagio Tanca Piras. The home was clean, had everything we needed, and the host Allesandro went above and beyond to make us feel at home for our 9 month old infant. His recommendations were great. We went to the beaches and restaurants he recommended and couldn't have been happier. We would love to come back. Thank you Allesandro for all your help!

Deborah’s place feels like a home. It is not a sterile business Airbnb like I have become used to. She greets you at the house and makes an effort to help you settle in. The house has everything you could need- cold water on arrival, coffee, pantry staples, laundry detergent and even a first aid kit. We loved lounging by the pool and we felt comfortable to take a rest after many weeks of hectic travel. It was just what we needed. One of my favourite things is that the only sound you hear apart from the odd local car, is a plane, it’s so peaceful and quiet.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described, actually even better in real life. It was beautifully furnished, very clean, and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely stunning, a real highlight that made every morning and evening special. A huge thank you to Carla, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always responded to our messages extremely quickly. Her communication was outstanding and made everything super easy and stress-free. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay with a wonderful host!

Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

Massimo is an exceptional Host! We encountered some problems unrelated to Massimo, and he was always available by email or in person on site. He is a warm, welcoming person who has only one obsession: Your comfort Thanks Massimo... because we had a great week in a quiet and superb environment. In April the sea is still cold but the landscapes are sumptuous, and the beach 70 m from the cottage is a little gem. Also go see the beaches on the Chia side... a real little paradise! The place is a corner of paradise. Equipped with everything you need and even more. Surrounded by nature, peace and silence reign. Leonora and Emanuela wonderful people available. She is it was a pleasure to stay even if for a short time with them. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!!

Very spacious house furnished with care and equipped with every comfort for a very pleasant stay. The large terrace with sea view is very nice, with a huge table for eating and equipped with sun loungers and armchairs for sunbathing or relaxing with a view of the island of San Pietro. Very convenient covered parking space on the property. Portoscuso is a small town but there are restaurants, two large supermarkets, an excellent ice cream shop and some shops. In ten days we visited the beautiful beaches of the area reaching Piscinas, Porto Flavia, the islands of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro, the city of Iglesias. Sulcis was a beautiful discovery; to be recommended. Paola welcomed us very warmly, also available to give us flexibility in arrival and departure times.

Chiara and Livio are always available and kind. The house is very large and cool even on the hottest days. My four-legged friend loves the garden. Perfect for my needs, in a very quiet location, surrounded by nature.

Spacious, cozy apartment in Calasetta with a well equipped kitchen with oil, pepper, salt and a great terrace (sunset and sea view, dining table, grill, sunbeds). The communication and checkin with Sandra and Daniela was very easy and they were extremely helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet street in Calasetta with parking right in front of the house, the beach and restaurants/bars are only a few minutes by feet away. Also they provided us a beach and a shower towel.

We had a wonderful vacation in Sant'Antioco at Alessandra's home; the house was very clean, spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary accessories to feel at home. The living environment was very relaxing, quiet and peaceful. The location was strategic for exploring both the island of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro, as well as the southernmost part of Sardinia and its wonderful landscapes. Alessandra and her father Michele were very kind, reserved and available for all our questions and/or requests. Warm greetings and goodbyes from Agostino and Nicole.

Domenico's house is very pleasant, located in the upper part of Sant'Antioco. The house is comfortable and spacious. Domenico was a lovely host and very considerate.

We had a lovely stay at Francesca and her husband's. Every day she would come with a surprise from the garden, from the chickens or something homemade. The veranda is a wonderful place to sit freely.

We had a wonderful relaxing week in Carloforte, and wished that we stayed longer on this lovely peaceful island. Luisa is a fantastic host, as well as her husband Dino. Which made are stay in Carloforte more interesting and lots of fun! We highly recommend staying in Carloforte for a holiday and especially with Luisa as your host. Daryl & Elaine

Gianni and his sister Giusy were very welcoming hosts. Kind, very available, always attentive to our needs and very proactive to improve our stay. The house is spacious, FRESH! What is precious in summer in Carloforte, pleasant to live in, with the charm of its history. Its location is in a peaceful place, full of interest, and at the same time very close to the village, services and beaches. We highly recommend it!

Giusi's house is surrounded by greenery, 3 minutes by car from the center of Carloforte, very convenient for getting to the village and the whole island if you have a car. The house has a beautiful outdoor area and inside and large and spacious. Giusi is very helpful and responsive! 😄

We spent about a week in Ornella and Emilio's house. The house was above expectations, tastefully furnished and recently renovated. Then Ornella and Emilio, great guests, had had some attention that immediately made us feel welcome. The house is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, in a situation of absolute peace that makes you feel immediately on vacation. A short distance from the beaches, reachable by car in a maximum of 15 minutes and from Carloforte, also the one about 10-15 minutes. We had a great time and look forward to coming back!

Mariano and his wife are two beautiful people. Mariano came to pick us up with the car to avoid being clear about the location of the apartment being inland (the car is necessary). Very nice house, with everything you need... but the beauty is the location if you want to stay in touch with nature and enjoy the starry night sky. When we return to the island they will be people we will contact!

We were warmly welcomed by Stefania, she was very attentive with us according to the Sardinian custom. The house is beautiful with all the comforts: vast garden shaded by rich vegetation ( the photos do not capture the large space around the villa and the simple and comfortable good taste with which is decorated inside ) a long clean and uncrowded beach is within a few minutes walk, you can go in a swimsuit! Carloforte, the charming village is a short mile away. Very concerned about their environment, the inhabitants of the island of San Pietro are very attentive to the risks of pollution.

The house managed by Emanuela (daughter of the owner) is beautiful and much better than in the photos. It is on two floors, there are two bathrooms and everything was extremely clean and tidy. The location is perfect, a few minutes from the port and free parking (about 8 min walk). Very close to clubs, restaurants and any type of commercial activity. Very easy to access and the check-in and check-out time was flexible. Emanuela was very kind and recommended dozens of places to eat at every meal, and for all our needs. We look forward to returning to Carloforte to stay here again!

Sonia was immediately available and ready to answer my questions Sonia's mother welcomed us and was a real treasure The house is adorable, spacious and cool, very clean indoor spaces, and practical and comfortable outdoor spaces, especially the outdoor shower to be done when you return from the sea with children The private beach is a small corner of paradise within a 5-minute walk The landscape is beautiful, quiet and with a fantastic Mediterranean scrub of a fantastic outline We will be back soon because we really rested, we had a pleasant vacation
