Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Carleton County

The home went above and beyond my expectations! From the moment you walk in, there’s lots of pieces with funny quotes around the house that give you a good chuckle and make the place more inviting. There were kayaks available, life jackets, and even a wet suit! There were board games and a room with a double monitor taking our gaming experience over the top. A fire pit right by the water making it a the perfect place to lay and look at the stars. The host was very friendly and extremely responsive, I would definitely book again! We were visiting relatives from the area and this was a great home base. Very nice to have direct acces to the river , we took kayaks up river and landed in the back yard. Hot tub was a fantastic bonus

Linda’s cabin was the perfect getaway for our family. The close proximity of mount Carleton and the beautiful view is what drew us to this spot. The place was spotless and equipped with everything you would possibly need. We had an amazing stay and hopefully will be back in the winter on the snowmobile!

The home was exactly what l needed. Clean, comfortable, kitchen well appointed. Brad was a super host, he went above and beyond any host l have rented from. So, again, many thanks to Brad and his family!! Wonderful stay!

First time ever seeing queen sized bunk beds. Automatic lights in the hallway were nice. After accidentally going to a cabin first (didn't realize they had both on site, lodge and cabins) I would probably choose one of those if I were to book again as they were very nice and had more space and a better view. The lodge room was nice though.

Deborah's apartment is located in under her home, not a basement as the house is on a hill and the main unit is like on the second floor. There is no separate bedroom, but the unit is spacious and has everything you need. Deborah is super friendly and ready to assist with any questions and we felt so welcome and at home while visiting. I would certainly recommend this spot. Thank you so much Deborah!

We had a great stay at Cheryle’s! The spot was so spacious, we enjoyed the hot tub, the kids had so much room to spread out and we got to relax! We loved the privacy, perfect spot to unwind!

We had a great time at Tina’s place. Her hospitality is above and beyond. There were many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Comfy bed and soft pillows. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and private as well as spacious. Perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. Can’t wait to return. Thank you Tina for sharing your gem by the lake side!

In Fredericton for my son’s graduation! Loved the location, the walking trails were amazing for my dogs. I only regret not having my bike. The place was well equip to cook and incredibly comfortable! The location is quiet despite how close it is to Union St. I would absolutely recommend this place !

This was a very last minute booking so we could rest our heads before getting on the road again. He approved the request within minutes. He greeted us even upon check-in to show us how to get in. The airbnb was clean, had the basics and the later 12pm check out was especially nice. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the bed. I have had back and neck pain issues for decades and it was painful waking up on that firm mattress.

We had a lovely stay! The cabin was cozy and quiet, and the night sky was absolutely stunning. We could even see the Milky Way. John and Kara were kind and welcoming hosts. Would definitely recommend!

A great little cabin with lots of games, a radio and nice outdoor deck. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes needed to cook. I had no cell reception, but that can be expected in rural areas.

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay, especially watching our grandchildren making use of all the outdoor activities. Great place to disconnect from the craziness of today and make lasting memories. We are already talking about a return visit. Thank you for sharing this gem with us.
