Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

This cozy a-frame cabin is situated on Meadow Brook and directly beside Mactaquac Provincial Park. This tiny concept a-frame has everything you need, with a beautifully modern kitchen, dining table, sofa, queen bedroom and a stunning bathroom with custom tile shower. It also comes with outdoor fire pit and a wood fired hot tub nestled against the steam!

When given the opportunity, this is the perfect escape to view deer and wild turkeys! Take an adventure wheeling, snowmobiling, snowshoeing or hiking. End the day with a bonfire and star gazing or snuggle up by the indoor wood stove. You decide it's your vacation to enjoy!

The loft has approx. 900 square feet of open space with a natural and comfortable atmosphere to relax or work. Well stocked kitchen, groomed nature trails to hike, ski or snow shoe. The main house has a hot tub that is private and for your enjoyment during your stay where you can enjoy the breathtaking Saint John River view. Roast some smores on the campfire with the kids at sunset, or cosy up and watch a movie inside on a rainy day.

Our rustic queen bed cabin is a cute, relaxing little getaway for two with a big screened in porch. We're located along the main ATV trail, just pull right in! There are thirty-seven acres with hiking trails throughout, and Big Brook borders one side of the property. Enjoy our Northern Maine getaway!
