West of the 5 Freeway! Close to beach! Very clean and modern studio apartment located in Cardiff by the Sea. Across the street from the lagoon and central to everything! Spacious for a couple. Close to Cardiff State Beach and the campgrounds. Very private and very CLEAN. Private entrance. Kitchenette and full bathroom. Two fridges, extra large TV, coffee maker, microwave, and more. It has a small couch and vintage furniture . You will have your own AC /heater split system w/remote control . Close to the Moonlight beach ( 3 miles), excellent restaurants. Great spots for picnic with eucalyptus trees close by . Hiking trails are just around the corner. Close to everything San Diego can offer.

The Lounge is a quaint, cozy 400 sq. ft. one-bedroom detached guesthouse with lots of character in the "funky" community of Leucadia. Located just east of historic Highway 101 in a quiet neighborhood a mile from beach access, you're close to many eclectic shops, restaurants and entertainment. You'll also have access to a semi-private patio and shared access to our back yard, where, as of June 2023, Debe works 3 to 4 days a week in her studio. We really love it here and think you will too.
