Encinitas Garden Bed'nBungalow/Leucadia Lair-House
Your safety and comfort is my priority! All surfaces are disinfected between stays. Heart of Leucadia: bungalow with unique personality, high ceiling, extra large windows face into the garden. Private entrance. The “Lair" is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is not intended for children. Walk 2 1/2 blocks to the beach, and numerous favorite restaurants and shops within blocks. You can LEAVE YOUR CAR at home and still have an amazing vacation!

Newly Built Nest in picturesque, Olivenhain
This newly built guest suite at our home sits above our garage high up on a hill in one of Encinitas' oldest neighborhoods: Olivenhain. Despite its charm, it's only minutes away from countless shops and restaurants but most importantly: The Beach. The toughest decision you'll have to make while here is whether to go to Cardiff by the Sea for the day or Moonlight State Beach, often ranked one of the best in the country. Olivenhain also has an incredible "dark sky policy."

Just a mile to the coast, the house is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and a 25-minute walk into Encinitas, a classic beach surf town.
