Absolutely beautiful! The view is extraordinary and the Airbnb is clean with good utensils in the kitchen. Davide and Kerry also gave really fast answers. Amazing!

We spent three nights in the April home - the perfect spot on the lake to enjoy the surroundings (e.g. a hike to Montepiatto with the hilarious view over the lake … or a boat trip to Como or to Lenno or to any place on the lake … or enjoy an Italian breakfast in the Bar Italia in the pittoresk Marina … or have a first class dinner on the lake in the Vapore restaurant … or or or. That is what we did during our three days ) Everything is in walking distance, so: Italian dolce vita at its best. We definitely recommend.

Mon mari et moi avons eu le plaisir de séjourner pour la seconde fois dans ce logement. Ce fût à nouveau des vacances merveilleuses. C'est un havre de paix dans un lieu magnifique et calme. On s'y sent comme chez soi très rapidement. Tout est rapidement accessible à pied, en transports publics ou avec son propre véhicule. Beaucoup de possibilités de balades, visites et randonnées sont facilement rejoignables. Barbara est une hôte à l'écoute et attentionnée, encore merci à elle de nous avoir accueilli. Nous pensons déjà à notre prochaine venue...

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Casa Tilde in Dervio! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See und zu den wichtigsten Geschäften und Restaurants. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber: Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen konnten wir ihn jederzeit unkompliziert über Chat erreichen und bekamen immer sofort eine Antwort. Das hat uns ein sehr sicheres und willkommenes Gefühl gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

This home is in an outstanding location overlooking the lake and Lugano. We were blown away by the view from every window. The location was very peaceful, and the home was extremely well-stocked. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony or the covered deck every day (depending on how hot it was!). The home is located a quick drive to downtown Lugano, and a short drive to the top of Monte Bre (highly recommend!) and to Gandria (also highly recommend). We fell in love with Lugano and the surrounding area thanks in part to this house…we will definitely be back.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Gandria ist ein malerisches, kleines Dorf und trotz der ruhigen, beschaulichen Lage gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Kaffees, wo man einkehren kann. Die Wohnung von Louise wurde mit viel Bedacht gestaltet und hat alles, was man für ein paar erholsame Tage braucht.

Sehr netter Gastgeber und Wohnung wie auf den Bildern! Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar (solange man gut auf den Beinen ist, wegen vieler Treppen :)) und man kann mit dem Boot für wenig Geld in andere Städte wie z.B. Como fahren, was sehr schön war.

Comfortable and quiet accommodation with excellent host. Views are as pictures show and lovely to relax on small balcony. Having asthma and slight mobility problem I did struggle with the 10 minute walk, all uphill, from town to home. The only other route consisted of 97 uneven stairs, the middle section being unlit. The apartment is twenty stairs up with no handrail. Taxi fare at night was only 10 euros so not a major problem. Also the C30 bus passes at the top of the road.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Blue Boat Apartment! Es war alles perfekt. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Silvia und Gigi haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Auch für unsere 10 Monate alte Tochter hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Wir werden die Aussicht und den Flair sehr vermissen. Super cute place. Nadia and her husband were extremely welcoming and helpful. We rode on her husband’s ferry to Lenno and he brought us up in the cockpit. From Lenno we walked to Balbianello (Star Wars, Casino Royale). Don’t bother with guided tour, just walk the gardens. We also rented a boat for a couple hours. Como was the boys’ favorite stop on this trip and much thanks to Nadia.

Domingo was a first class host. Very friendly and offered a list of great places and restaurants to visit around the area. The aptmt was fully kitted out with everything you might need for your stay and the views from the two balconies over lake Como were amazing. I would highly recommend a stay at Domingo’s abnb. Anna & Massi were extremely responsive and even rescued us from roadside when we couldn’t access the listing via public transport — and then drove us back to the Como station when we checked out! Listing itself is a hidden gem — great place with great communication & the hosts go above and beyond. Thanks for a great stay!

Das Appartement ist in traumhafter Lage mit Blick über den See. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Man kann kochen und auf dem Balkon beim Essen die Aussicht genießen. Es war alles vorhanden um sich wohl zu fühlen. Carla hat uns persönlich begrüßt uns uns zur Wohnung gebracht. Der Supermarkt unten an der Straße ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso die Bushaltestelle und der kleine Hafen für eine Schifffahrt. Das Auto war lediglich zur Anreise nötig und stand die ganze Woche in der Nähe geparkt. Wir hatte eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche.

Le village était vraiment très sympathique et agréable paisible à 20 minutes des principales villes à visiter près du lac de Côme et surtout paisible et une vue à couper le souffle depuis l’appartement. L’appartement est bien rénové, très lumineux et agréable à vivre. Avec un peu de chance vous ferez la connaissance de Donatella qui est la propriétaire très sympathique

Both Francesco and his mom are super friendly, and very service minded. We had an amazing stay for 8 days and truly enjoyed it! The view is spectacular! And the apartment is perfect, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, which makes it easy to cook. I would however recommend trying the local Briisa de ness, really good food. I would stay here again any time! One little note, it’s not that easy to get around in the area with your dog, as there are no paths outside of the roads, the roads are quite small and sometimes a bit busy to walk on. So you will either have to drive a bit to get to an area suitable for walking. However there is a small garden attached to the apartment.

Was immediately drawn to the charm of this place! Loved the location by the waterfall, bridge and boat landing. Loved the walk past the boat landing that had incredible views of the lake, the flavor and history of the town…I walked on the cobblestones all the way to the church. I recommend taking the hosts instructions on taking the bus from the train station to his place in Nesso. It was definitely fun to walk from the train station into Como downtown and eat lunch, but getting the bus from there to his place is very hectic and crazy. The buses fill up fast from there with all the Lakeside people! You will save time by walking back to the train station and getting the bus from there. We happened to be there on a holiday weekend the end of May and the buses were not reliable. And the lines were long. I recommend the boats, they are more reliable. But hint… when we went to Bellagio, they said to get in line a half an hour before your boat takes off..you need more time! At least 45.

This place was the perfect place to stay if you want a beautiful view of the lake and to be in a quiet neighbourhood. There was pros and cons with the location (cons- trouble finding a taxi to and from the train station and not much in close walking distance & pros- beautiful view, right beside the C30 bus stop) but if you’re up for adventure and fully able bodied it’s worth it! We bought some groceries in Como after spending a the day there and had dinner one night in, walked down the stairs by the bus stop to the lake level for dinner at Ristorante Vapore sul Lago di Como and spent a day at the Lido di Faggeto Miamilaryo, which was a beautiful beach club with good food and drinks. The house was everything we needed and the view had us speechless the whole time. The hosts were quick to respond and help when we had questions. We would highly recommend this stay!

l'emplacement est magique et l'appartement est superbe ..bien équipé super agréable parfait pour une famille de 4 . Parfaitement placé pour découvrir le lac de Côme. Merci encore

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans un endroit absolument idéal pour se reposer. Le cadre est très calme, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac parfait pour déconnecter. Nous avions un logement avec une cuisine extérieure, ce qui était vraiment super agréable pour profiter pleinement de l’environnement. La chambre était très bien, confortable et propre. Le lieu est aussi parfaitement adapté pour un séjour avec un petit enfant : il y a un bac à sable, une balançoire, quelques jouets sur place, une chaise haute, un lit bébé… même des jeux de société pour les soirées en famille. Les propriétaires sont adorables, avec plein de petites attentions qui font la différence : à notre arrivée, des fruits frais, des yaourts, des bières… Et pour ceux qui aiment leur tranquillité, pas d’inquiétude, on ne les a presque pas vus Le seul petit point d’amélioration selon moi serait l’ajout d’une petite piscine ce serait vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau. Mais sinon, tout était top, un vrai petit coin de paradis

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Marco und Stefy gefühlt. Marco hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns direkt gut in Como und Umgebung eingewiesen. Ganz toll & sympathisch! 😊 Die Unterkunft selbst ist wie auf den Bildern, sauber und geräumig. Sie liegt hervorragend in der Nähe der Uferpromenade und man erreicht alles sehr schnell. Auch eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor Ort! Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen!😊👍🏽
