Monthly Rentals in Caraguatay

You hardly think you are in Paraguay when you enter the very modern, tasteful and lovingly furnished house of Richard and Alex. The house offers everything your heart desires, even a bathtub and dishwasher. The pool area offers a lot of privacy and is only available to the guests of the two identical cottages. These are very quiet in the middle of wonderful nature, from horses, cows to chickens including a private forest for relaxing walks. If you value peace and privacy, this is the place to be, impressive sunsets included. The wonderful hosts Richard and Alex also live on the spacious grounds and are always there when you need them. They always have an open ear for the wishes of their guests and give tips for the area. Absolutely recommended! We will be back!

The hosts, Max and Heike, are welcoming people. The space is beyond gorgeous. The architecture and decor are equally stunning. The beds and linens are divine. The kitchen is spacious. The pool is pure heaven. The space is tranquil, drenched in sunlight and sparkling clean. We could not hope to stay in a more beautiful place on earth. Everything was perfect. Thank you, Max and Heike, for treating your guests with gracious hospitality. Your home is a blessing.

The place is as shown in the photos, very quiet and very spacious, there is a lot of space to enjoy. The quincho is the best of the place along with the pool. The bad thing is that the place to rest and to go to the bathroom is 200 meters from the quincho which is where they will spend most of the time. The water is incredibly sweet I imagine it will be because it is an artesian well or if it is potable it has very few chemicals this is a plus apart. The park for children is another very positive attraction. In general, the place is very nice with a lot of potential although it is missing some details if we would return.

Very nice house, tasteful furniture and decoration, good host, pity about the power cuts and the number of dogs in the neighborhood. Several times strangers tried to get into the house, we didn't let them in. There's a grocery store nearby run by very nice people where you'll find everything you need, otherwise there's a supermarket nearby. For the rest you have to plan regular transport. Overall it was very good.
