Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Capriasca

We had a wonderful staying and absolutely dog friendly to. Waterfalls and natural swimming pools on 10 minutes walk from the house. It was amazing. Only the walk from the car with the stuff was not easy in the beginning, but for the stay itself was very good! The lookout from the apartment was breathtaking! Very romantic.

A great, cozy apartment with everything you need to feel comfortable quickly. It is very cozy, you look into the countryside, the stream rushes. Our two teenagers were also thrilled. Fabrizio is a very warm and open host with tips and good information. From our point of view, almost an insider tip if you are looking for nature and yet want to quickly go shopping by bus or stroll through Locarno.

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

Andreas place is great. Extremely clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our stay in lake como. The view is stunning. It’s also in a good location. Great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend. Only thing to note is dervio is a 15/20min walk for the nearest trains and busses which we didn’t mind as enjoy walking.

Absolutely rustic and beautiful in every way. Off the beaten path but perfect for the views, quiet, and seclusion. We will never for get this stay and all of the valleys we explored while we were there.

Simply a great place to stay for a vacation in Ticino. Brigitte personally welcomed us and showed us everything. She gave us great recommendations for the area, which we tried directly and enriched our vacation with her knowledge of Ticino. The Ticino house is very nice, practical and thoughtfully furnished and offers wonderful seating, especially outside, with great views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Maggiore in the distance. The kitchen is very well equipped and the appliances all work very well. The wine cellar also invites you to taste. We always liked to include the box with travel guides, maps and brochures in our daily planning. We also liked the location of the house. Somewhat away from major main roads, but also not too far off. Thus, the trips to the excursion destinations were very pleasant and shopping facilities were also easy and quick to reach by car

The apartment is spacious, modern and bright, in a very charming little village. There are always parking spaces nearby. It's a good place to stay! Great for exploring the surrounding area.

Our stay went very well. Just maybe clarify that the sofa bed is more for a child because it's not very comfortable. The place is very nice, mountain views, beautiful terrace, washing machine in the studio very convenient. Quiet place while being close to the center of Lugano. I would recommend this place without hesitation. The host was responsive and available.

Small, sweet and uncomplicated. Easy check-in as described. The view of Lake Maggiore, mountains and Alps in one is priceless. The restaurant 7.5 m away is of the individual type and is great. Only local products. I'd love to come back. An unexpected insider tip for me.

This is by far the best place we have styed in. Eros was very welcoming and helpful and place was gorgeous and so clean. The view is fantastic and well equipped with everything. We will definitely come back and we really appreciate all the tips and help we got from the hosts. Overall fantastic experience, you will definitely be impressed.

We enjoyed our stay with Franziska to the fullest. Such a beautiful place - a charming garden, the surroundings wonderful - what more could you ask for... we had a stopover on the way back from southern Italy with our 3 children. We had a wonderful stay as a family of four with a newborn in this charming attic apartment. Located on the third floor of a rustic chalet, the space was cozy, and the view overlooking the river was absolutely breathtaking—easily one of the highlights of our stay. The apartment was well-appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed (and more). The espresso coffee machine—such a thoughtful touch! Convenient private parking made coming and going stress-free. since the apartment is on the third floor and accessed via stairs, packing light is a good idea—but the climb is well worth it for the view and the cozy atmosphere. Though the stairwell is technically shared with the owner who lives on the lower floors, it never felt like a shared space. We had full privacy throughout our stay. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable retreat in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature with modern comforts at hand.

Anna met us at her parking spot and helped us carry a few things through the village and showed us her garden. Recommended some great places and was always so friendly when passing her walking around. She is an amazing host who takes very good care of her garden. It was a beautiful place to stay highly recommend!

Beautiful, lovingly furnished apartment. Nice landlord, very helpful. There were drinks in the fridge and coffee capsules and sweets were provided. We only had a stopover, but the apartment is definitely also suitable for a longer stay.

Davide was an amazing host, super fast responsive and with a very professional attitude. He send us very clear instructions for the check-in and the check-in was very easy. His place was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The parking space also super convenient for our car and the bikes we carried in order to explore the surroundings. Just perfect! The place was super clean, tastefully decorated and very cozy. The bed with topper was incredibly comfortable – I rarely slept so well. Everything is at ground level, barrier-free and therefore also ideally suited for people with disabilities. Especially practical: the private, protected parking space right outside the door Host was extremely friendly and helpful The great guide folder with many personal tips, some of which I did not know despite five years of vacation on Lake Como, should be highlighted. The location is quiet, but easily accessible and easy to find. All around a great place to stay with attention to detail – I will definitely come back!

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

Lovely stay in Lugano! Quick walk to train station and 15 min walk to lake. Modern and updated apartment with stunning views from every room. Apartment had everything - from a washer/dryer to a well stocked kitchen - there was even a levoit fan. Fast WiFi too! While this is listed as a 1 bedroom, the living room has a door and sleeper couch for privacy as a 2nd bedroom if needed. The host Gea was lovely and so helpful. Thank you!

Giovanni was a fantastic host! He is extremely responsive, proactive and always willing to help. We had a number of questions about the area throughout our week long stay and was happy to assist however he could. The unit itself is absolutely beautiful with unbelievable views… even better in person! There are a number of great restaurants within walking distance (the Bar across the street was particularly great for breakfast!). We would recommend having a car while you are there as the ferry service is a bit frustrating to navigate (especially as a non-local). Parking is paid during the high season, but usually easy to find a spot (there is a small lot directly across the street). Couldn’t recommend this place enough, Giovanni is a great host.
