Vacation rentals with a balcony in Capoliveri

it was a really great week in capoliveri in combination with the apartment and especially with one of the most beautiful terraces. thank you Luca for everything - it was really great and i am already looking forward to the next stay.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. The location, as well as the view, are unbeatable. The communication was very straightforward and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and nicely decorated. We slept well (even if the road could be heard very well because of the traffic in the center, no problem with Oropax). Kitchen is super equipped. The bathroom is also very modern and practical. We enjoyed our stay — happy to come back. (PS: The pizzeria vis à vis "Mister Torta" is highly recommended, we had the best pizzas several times. The new restaurant "Ferrigna", which is only a 3‘ walk away, is also highly recommended for the classic but modern cuisine of Elba!)

We found the apartment well cleaned, modern and well-stocked decor (blankets, extra pillows,..). USB sockets, large, functional bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need, also well furnished. There are two balconies, both of which can be eaten outside. There is a "lounge" area and two sun loungers on the terrace overlooking the sea. You can't help but feel on vacation. Ideal location for those who want to be not in the center, very quiet and the view is simply magnificent. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the beach (both free beach and the possibility of renting sunbeds/umbrellas) and in about 15 minutes you can reach Procchio 8ristoranti/bar/grocery store). We were four adults, the spaces were functional. There are covered parking lots. Definitely recommended!

Stay with the family (3 people) for 8 days in August. Cozy atmosphere, string lights on the beautiful terrace on arrival. Views of the mountains and the port of Portoferraio. We made us feel very welcome and right at home. The whole house looked fresh and was extremely clean. Kitchen well equipped, even cocktail mix accessories, large fridge. The existing coffee machine is a Nespresso system. Some coffee capsules and tea were provided upon arrival. Bathroom quite warm, but the bedrooms are cool due to the excellent quiet air conditioning. Comfortable beds. 2 large terraces, so you can find a pleasant place at any time of the day. Ping pong table and rackets/ balls are provided. Outlets of all types and adapters are provided. Mosquito repellent is provided. Very thoughtful place to stay with everything you need.

The house was nice and the amenities (beds, air conditioning) were good. The private parking in front of the house was ideal for us. The beach is a 5-minute walk away by foot. Some things (shower & dishwasher) are a bit outdated. The kitchen equipment is also very worn. Some items from predecessors were still to be found in the cabinets. The dishwashing brush was older. Sheets and towels were mentioned in the basic amenities, unfortunately we had to rent them with 20 euros per person. Overall conclusion: We would book the house again.

For four people, the apartment is sufficient but not generous. Everything was neat and there, what you need to feel good. Great is the terrace, it is like a large living room. The hostess was always friendly to reach quickly and quickly helped us with any problems caused by yourself. We had a nice holiday inside apartment.

Brand new apartment, tastefully furnished. Residential complex of 6 apartments , each with its own entrance and reserved parking with priceless views of the entire Gulf of Spartaia . Quiet area , far from the main sliding road. The center of the village is not far away but it is preferable to get off by car due to lack of sidewalk with a stretch of road that is a little too exposed to traffic. Silvia is a professional host (she manages other apartments on the island), as such she is very attentive to meeting customer requests, in a short time and always finding a solution! However, a TV is missing and it would also take a sun awning on the terrace and not just an umbrella that , although large , does not guarantee adequate shade to make the most of a fabulous terrace!

Great place with a great location. Everything is easily accessible.

House as described, one hundred of Capoliveri are very close but at the same time a quiet and peaceful area, characterized by a series of villas. The first beaches are easily accessible in minutes. The house has a nice outdoor space, a large kitchen with everything you need, spacious rooms and large closets. I really recommend it, the only downside is the cost of cleaning, a little higher than the average.

Top accommodation - we felt very comfortable. Great terrace with great views. Air conditioning/heating in 3 rooms. Everything quite new and nicely renovated. A little far to the beach/restaurant - but did not bother us. I would like to express special thanks and praise to the local host.
