La caratteristica unica è una spaziosa terrazza arredata con tavolo e divanetti che si affacciata direttamente sulla spiaggia e sulle Eolie. L'appartamento ha una cucina luminosa completamente attrezzata di zona living con Tv 32'', lettore DVD, libri per adulti e per bambini, ed un comodo divano. Ha una camera da letto matrimoniale con balcone, una seconda camera dedicata ai più piccoli con un sicuro e divertente letto a castello e giocattoli per divertirsi ed un bagno con doccia a doppio getto.
