The bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with deluxe bedding and hotel quality mattress and mattress pad. The living room features a dining area/work space, corner sofa (sofabed) and TV. Books and travel guides in English and French are available. The space is very cozy and welcoming, with a lot of natural light and decorative additions from our own many travels. You will find everything you need in the fully-fitted kitchen, which is equipped with new stainless steel appliances; dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. However, with so many great restaurants, bars and cafes on your doorstep, you may find that you prefer to let somebody else do the hard work! Saucisse de Toulouse, (a type of sausage), Cassoulet (a bean and pork stew), and foie gras, a delicacy mainly made in the Midi-Pyrénées are all options! Washer and dryer are in the apartment. This chic apartment is only steps away from Les Allées Jean Jaurès in downtown Toulouse, with many nearby restaurants and cafes. The train and metro stations are a short walk away, while a VélôToulouse station is located at the end of the street. bright and spacious apartment right in the middle of town wirh wverything you need. very walkable, and just a few minutes from everything. yet it feels private and relatively quiet. the host is very nice and friendly, very responsive and ready to help if needed. i highly recommend it and will be back if possible.

Sabastien was a good communicator and had someone waiting to give me the key and show me to the apartment. His place is very clean and uncluttered and had all the basic amenities for my stay. I was able to cok some basic meals and groceries are close by. The location is great and walkable to all the sites in the city or to public transportation. Thanks much!

Christine met us on arrival and explained all about the apartment. It was perfectly positioned for cafes, restaurants, tour pickups and supermarket. Very spacious and Christine answered quickly any questions we had. Fantastic all round experience.

beautiful clean apartment, right in the center. everything on walking distance and yes that there is noise at night by pub-goers and smorgens by the garbage men we find normal,.that is life in the middle of a city. just close the shutters and windows. you also benefit from all the shops and restaurants nearby, also the metro in 2 minutes. you are safe in a beautiful building in a beautiful appt. we enjoyed every minute. the appt has all the comforts, it could not be better.

The common areas are perfect for group activities and living together while maintaining real privacy on the night side. Quality bedding, very clean accommodation and more than enough equipment! Corinne was a very friendly host, available and accommodating, especially for checkout, which was very pleasant. We highly recommend this listing!

Amazing home. Very well appointed with anything you may need. Right in the center of the city, with a bakery 2 minutes away, excellent restaurants and walking distance to the river, the museums and historical features. At the same time. It is located in a quiet courtyard where the noise from the street is not heard. It is very well decorated with art works and tons of books to peruse. Highly recommended. My husband and I stayed there for a week in May with our grown up grandson and we all had a fabulous time Thank you Maryvonne.
