Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Capilungo

The tranquility and seclusion in nature were very nice. Especially the many opportunities to spend time outside on the terrace and in the garden. Birdsong included... Everything is very private, you are on your own. Due to cool and wet weather, we also had to move indoors. It was worth it to be in this beautiful house. We were very comfortable there. We stayed for 11 nights in June. The place was very private and quiet. The apt. had everything we needed. The sea was really just a 1 minute walk away and there were hardly any other people swimming. The water was very nice. The terrace was incredible and had direct sun only in the morning. The view is east bound. The master bed was good in size, the mattress could be better. Towels and sheets were plenty and clean. The washing machine was good. The kitchen stove works with gas and the hot water works with a boiler. The water pressure was good and the water was always warm. The oven didn’t work unfortunately, switching it on made the electricity go off. WiFi does not work well inside the house but on the terrace, but we didn’t mind. We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend the place for a couple or a small family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Massimo’s place! It was charming and the spiral staircase and caved bedroom were so unique! The ceilings above the staircase were very low, so our 6’3” guest stayed on the main level to avoid bumping their head. We also had some trouble making sure the air conditioning worked, but Massimo was incredibly responsive and helpful. I’d gladly stay in Massimo’s home again - and spend more time on the roof deck!

We (7 people) had a great stay at Sara's place. The villa is very tastefully decorated, with everything you need. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom. The spacious covered veranda gives plenty of shade in the sun or makes it possible to be outdoors even in light rain. The infinity saltwater pool with ocean views and the outdoor kitchen with gas and charcoal grill are a real highlight. Also the rooftop terrace with sea view, which we used for yoga sessions. The location is super quiet in a villa district. Villa has a fantastic tuff stone garden. Santa Maria de Leuca is within walking distance. There are smaller shops and a few bars/restaurants. However, some things were closed during our travel time (mid-October). Weekly markets, larger supermarkets and restaurants in the neighboring towns between 5-8km. Sara and Sergio (contact person on site) were always available and super helpful. Clear recommendation. THANK YOU ❤️

Superhost - exactly what you expext from superhosts. We were with a 1,4 year baby. - they provided all equipment you expect for the child. Our baby got sick, helped with the hospital, gave all recommendations we needed, always reaponsive and very friendly. Villa was super for families, can’t dream about anything else.

Maria is the best host in the world. They helped me rent a car, picked me up at the station in a nearby town, and even gave me their prosciutto and wine for the first night. Friendly and generous. Maria and Mauricio are special. I have nothing but words of thanks. And the place is a spectacular beauty. An ideal combination for the perfect vacation.

Francesco and his wife and children were so helpful with suggestions of restaurants and places to go and visit. The unit was exactly as described and met all of my needs and expectations. I will definitely be going back!

This was such an incredible stay for a friends getaway. House was beautiful and well kept and the pool area was fantastic!

This place is beyond special. Set in the carriage house of a splendid villa estate. The location was perfect for us, between lovely Nardo and the gorgeous waterfront of Santa Caterina. Anna and Carlo are gracious and generous hosts, it was our great pleasure to get to know them a little bit during our stay. They are passionate gardeners and conservationists and this passion was evident in all that they did. We were greeted with fruit and herbs from the garden and delicious local wine. The casa (there are two, side by side) was spotless and beautifully decorated, the pool just perfect. We hope to return one day. Thank you Carlo and Anna for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

We had a lovely stay in Lecce, thanks to Marion. She was extremely kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond by providing thoughtful, detailed recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. She checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, which we appreciated so much. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and full of character, and such a peaceful place to return to after exploring the city. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to a long drive and poorly timed flights on our part, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. This was a 10/10 experience, and we hope to return one day. Highly recommend!!

We loved the property. Sophia was a perfect host. When we forgot our home keys, she made sure we collect them without a problem. If we can we want to come back with our friends to enjoy this beautiful farm house during summer. It would be perfect for 3-4 families as a base.

Our stay there was beautiful, I felt at home. Francisco treated us very well, I would like to point out that he is a hard-working, good and kind person. He was always present during our stay. We stayed for 10 days and he always took care of the place and was present. He also gave us fruit from the trees that the house has and was always friendly. He also lent us the umbrella for the beach. It is a place that I highly recommend, you have to get around by car in Puglia, but there is Peace and all the people I met are friendly. We took home a beautiful souvenir of Morciano di Leuca and Salve! Viva Marina de Pescoulose and Salento! The best beaches!

This is the nicest Air BnB we have ever stayed at. It is as beautiful as the pictures depict, both inside and out, and exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were very helpful with any questions we had and were very pleasant. I would highly recommend this place.

We felt really comfortable at Patrizia's! We were there for 12 days and could reach everything great by car, there is even a beach that can be reached on foot. The place had everything we needed and Patrizia was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the place!
