Very nice apartment. Functional and tastefully furnished. The hosting procedure is very simple and independent. We also enjoyed being able to park right in front of the house, in this very quiet neighborhood.

Vincent was very welcoming, with clear and precise instructions and tips. He was available to respond to our requests. The accommodation is well located (the city center is within walking distance of 15 minutes and supermarket in 5 min.) Well-equipped and functional, it is very well soundproofed, despite the nearby road, no noise disturbed our tranquility. I highly recommend this listing! If we have to come back to Maurs, it will be here without hesitation.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this house. The location is truly beautiful: in the middle of nature, very quiet and perfect for relaxing. The house itself was equipped with every comfort, very clean and neatly maintained. The contact with the owner went smoothly and pleasantly, which certainly contributed to a relaxing stay. A small tip would be to place screens in front of the windows and doors, so that you can also enjoy undisturbed in the evening with everything open. But otherwise nothing but praise – highly recommended!

Absolutely exceptional place: spacious, clean, beautifully renovated old building with lovely mix of original components (fireplace, sink, stone wall) and modern comforts, tastefully decorated, again with lovely mix of old and new, extremely well equipped, delightful host, stunningly beautiful location in charming village, yet within minutes of larger town with all needed conveniences, easy parking—just terrific! Some mention the noise of the highway, of course it exists, but it's really not bothersome even in the evening when all the noises are more noticeable. When inside, absolute silence. A real pleasure. This is probably the best Airbnb property we have ever stayed in. It is in a peaceful location, set in very well maintained gardens, and with lovely views of the surrounding countryside, particularly from the outdoor dining terrace and the swimming pool. Tastefully renovated, it is also decorated, furnished and equipped to a very high standard, and the leisure and games facilities (swimming, table tennis, snooker, table football, boules) are exceptional. The Lot and Aveyron valleys, with their spectacular gorges and picturesque hilltop towns and villages, are as scenic as the Dordogne but much quieter and less frequented, and we spent three happy days exploring the area. The hosts, Fanny and her mother Marie, are extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We would love to return to the property in the future.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished (choice of colors, organization of spaces), kitchen equipment and dishes are in sufficient quantity. The location in the city center is particularly pleasant to enjoy the city and walk around. The apartment has double glazing, sometimes necessary when there are musical events nearby, and ensures with the shutters a pleasant coolness in the apartment, in case of high temperatures. The terrace is a real plus for outdoor dining. Not to mention the free parking available for the duration of the stay. A big thank you to Florian and his team.

Sylvie and Marc's accommodation is conveniently located for visiting the Lot Valley and Aubrac. In addition, it is located in a quiet small hamlet 5 min drive from all amenities. Everything was very clean and the air conditioning was a real plus! Sylvie's welcome was very nice and we were able to enjoy her recommendations for visiting the surroundings. The little touches on our arrival were enjoyed with great pleasure! I would 100% recommend this place.
