The home is very bright and has all the modern amenities needed to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Air-conditioning is available in the bedrooms as well as ceiling fans. This villa has just been completely renovated, the living room, dining room and kitchen opens into the garden, on the 1st floor you will have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with sea views and balcony, a private parking space is in the front of the villa. You will have access to our 2000m2 garden and our pool, and possibly extra parking in our villa! The house is located just 200 meters from the sea and restaurants, 1 km from Monaco and 500 meters from the village of Cap d’Ail. Bus is very close.

The apartment has an exceptional view and you will appreciate it for comfort and cleanliness. It's perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children).

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

This place was just a dream! The view was breathtaking – you don't see something like that every day and you really can't top it. Upon arrival, we immediately felt comfortable and welcome. The apartment was equipped with everything you need – nothing was really missing. Everything was clean, lovingly decorated and thoughtful. You can tell that you're working with heart. We were able to really unwind, enjoy the tranquility and simply relax. Thank you for this wonderful time – we look forward to the next time!

As a solo traveler, this spot felt safe and comfortable for me. The view was beautiful and a joy to wake up to each morning. Other reviews mentioned outdated decor, but that wasn’t an issue to me, I liked the decor! It added to the charm and character of the home. The beach was about a 13min walk. I was only there for the weekend but did eat at a nearby restaurant and the food was great! I went into Nice a few times, that’s about a 20-25min Uber ride but there is also the bus you can take. Keep in mind, you’ll need to buy groceries if you want to stock up the fridge. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed for a full week to visit the Monaco GP. The area is beautiful and close to Monte-carlo, Nice, Eze and other small towns. The apartment was well laid out, clean and everything was there that one would need. We loved having breakfast on the balcony overseeing the Mediterranean. People were very nice everywhere and weather was fantastic. From the apartment you can go to the little town center of Cap D’Ail by car or up and down the town stairs. (As long as you are in decent shape). Every other city/town we visited were all within a 15 min car ride. Joshephine’s communication was always helpful and very responsive.
