2-floor app with spectacular sea view and garden

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.
A scenic view of the coastline showcases clear turquoise waters gently lapping against rocky shores. Lush greenery adorns the hillsides above, with residential buildings visible along the waterfront. The sky is bright blue, contributing to a tranquil and inviting atmosphere.

Studio in quiet Villa with Pool on Cap Ferrat

We loved staying at Jd&Al's place. They were so warm and welcoming and their place is beautiful, so tastefully decorated. Saint Cap Jean Ferrat was lovely to walk around at the end of our trip and we enjoyed cooking dinner in the kitchen on our last night. Wouldn't change a thing.

Small houses of St Laurent 1.

ÖzgürRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had planned a 4-5 day trip to Nice, Eze, Menton region. We also preferred this location because it has parking facilities and is at an average distance to every location we plan to travel to. Laurent is a very polite, caring host who responds to all your questions very quickly. The house was quite clean and the furniture was of a quality that would provide our comfort during our stay. It may be useful to improve the double bed a little more in the future. We admired the sounds of birds on the porch of the house and especially the silence in the evenings. We bought a spare cartridge for the cartridges in the coffee machine, but I think we bought it for the wrong machine :( Then we didn't have the opportunity to change it again because we checked out. Laurent is a great host and the house offers a great guest experience. This is a place we will definitely want to stay again on our next visits to this region.

Boat View, BNB Rickeys

Views views and views!! The views from the balcony and the rooms were out of this world and the condo itself was charming in an old school way. It was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was gracious and welcomed us very warmly in person. The apartment has an elevator, a private terrace on the roof and there are some free parking spaces around. Very minimal checkout instructions. We loved our stay at Riccardo’s place..away from the crazy hustle and bustle but near everything. The bus stop near the apartment to Monaco and Nice is an added bonus!
A panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea is showcased, with bright sunlight reflecting off the water. The coastline, lined with greenery, is visible in the distance, enhancing the scenic beauty of the surroundings.

We loved this flat. The view was breathtaking and was right across the street from the bus stop for easy access to town. The town was a quick 10 minute walk. The flat was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our time there. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Luxurious modern apartment near Monaco

WendyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The apartment was perfect - the garden and outdoor seating made the holiday so relaxing! The pool was very quiet when we stayed which made it feel like we had our own private pool!! Our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive until very late, Cesar explained Andrea would meet with us, so we were concerned re timings - Andrea was so welcoming and accommodating (even so late into the night)! We met with Andrea the next day for a coffee and he showed us around and advised where was good to visit - nothing was too much for him! Very hilly area (but then this is to be expected around this part of the world)! The transport links (train and buses) were a few minutes walk away from the apartment and were very regular! A coastal walk takes you into Monaco! Beautiful place to stay if you want a quiet relaxing holiday! Perfect!
