Beautiful apartment located on the 2nd and last floor, fully renovated. The 180° sea view of La Roquille beach is exceptional . You will enjoy a beautiful furnished terrace of 11 m2 quiet and without any vis-à-vis! Direct access to the beach. Close to shops, port, casino, restaurants, 10 minutes' walk, by the pedestrian path that runs along the sea. Private parking, secure residence with caretaker.
