"Penelope" - Two-room apartment with terrace overlooking the sea

The apartment is located on the second floor of a seafront complex on Canneto Beach on the Island of Lipari, which can be reached by crossing the road! In addition, the accommodation has a beautiful private terrace close to the beach which, according to our customers, is the most requested and most appreciated attraction in our reviews. On the ground floor of the same building, the convenience of a supermarket with fresh fruit and a butcher. The bus stop to the center is 15 meters away.

A small living area features a gray sofa against a two-tone blue wall, complemented by nautical-themed artwork. Natural light enters through two open windows adorned with wooden shutters, while a small side table is positioned nearby.

Perfect house just 20m from the beaches of Canneto, a seaside resort on the island of Lipari. Thanks to the location of this small apartment, you can relax in the many seaside resorts located right in front of the house. There are also restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and agencies that offer excursions to all the other islands just a few meters away. The accommodation is equipped with a small kitchen with all the comforts, air conditioning, washing machine, and satellite TV.

A spacious terrace area is enclosed by glass walls, featuring a wooden dining table surrounded by chairs. A comfortable seating arrangement includes a couch and accent pillows. Natural light illuminates the stone wall backdrop, creating a cozy ambiance, suitable for gatherings and relaxation.

In the beautiful bay of Canneto, 4 km from the center of Lipari, facing east, where the sun rises behind the islands of Panarea and Stromboli, 100 steps from the sea you will find the small penthouse. The area is well served by restaurants, bars, pizzerias and supermarkets, scooter rentals, boat rentals and, last but not least, the small pier where both during the day and at night small/medium boats depart to discover the other beaches of Lipari itself and the other islands

The little house in Serra

From the terrace you will have the pleasure of admiring a breathtaking view of Lipari. The house is a small part of a typical countryside house. There is an open living room with a kitchen zone - in this room it is possible to open up a divan bed, or if you prefer two single beds. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and when necessary there is enough space to add a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is also an outdoor shower on the terrace.
