Vacation rentals with a patio in Cannes

During the Cannes festival everything is taken and overpriced in this town of course. We were lucky to get anywhere to stay, and luckier to have found Nikita's very clean, comfortable and beautifully located, quiet apartment.

As a solo female traveller I felt that safety was the most important. Lise’s first floor unit was only accessible with the key fob through 2 doors before getting to the front door. I was met by her friend who carried my bag for me. The place itself is very simple, a bit rustic, and all you need. Since it was a very last minute reservation she hadn’t had the time to fix the oven but there was a microwave if I needed to reheat. The walk to the main areas of Cannes is about 10 mins. 17 mins walk to the train station. When you find the blue roundabout you can get your bearings from there. Lise was always available via the app and made some great recommendations. She also let me check out at any time during my departure day.

Louis was an amazing host! The property was amazing with great views. He also had plenty of hangars available in the closets which was very helpful for during the film festival

What a wonderful surprise when we entered our unit. Very bright, warm, and comfortable. Beautiful balcony where we sat, enjoyed our rose in evening, coffee in morning, all while watching yachts in the harbour. Jonathon met us upon arrival. He explained how everything worked, and then left us to explore the unit and surroundings. Judy met us upon departure, and she was so kind . Beautiful apartment, beautiful host couple. We Would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

This home was absolutely perfect. Without a doubt the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. There were 8 of us (two families of 4 with small kids) and the house was never crowded. They even had a kids room for our children to play in. The view was spectacular and the infinity pool was just the cherry on top. The pool was warm and the kids spent hours everyday swimming while we relaxed in the loungers. The property even has a bocce ball court. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything anyone would need while on vacation. The hosts were also incredible. They were so friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. This home was truly the highlight of our trip to the South of France.

We (3 girlfriends) just spent 5 days in Jean-Philippe‘s house and had a great time. The house is nicely decorated with a lot of love for detail. The 3 bedrooms are each furnished and decorated individually. Kitchen and Living/Dining area are spacious. The outdoor areas are great too as there are many places to sit and of course the pool is also fantastic. Jean-Philippe was also a great host, very helpful with everything and always easy to reach. You definitely need a car as nothing is really in walking distance but supermarkets and bakeries are just a 5 min drive away. The upside is that it‘s a very quiet neighborhood. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

We had a truly amazing stay at Martine's villa. Both Martine and Dalila are extremely accommodating, very friendly and welcoming. They were very responsive and flexible in catering for our needs and really looked after us. The villa is breath-taking and the kids especially loved the pool. We hired a car but Mougin has enough very walkable amenities too-such as boulangerie, tobac, pizza takeaway and restaurants 5/10 mins walk away. Old Mougin village is small and very picturesque (15 min walk), where we enjoyed looking at art and playing boules. (You can borrow boules from the tourist information office). We also enjoyed day trips in the region such as to Cannes, Nice, Saint paul de Vence and Grasse. This is a beautiful region and a beautiful house in which to relax and enjoy your holiday. We would really love to return and stay at Martine's villa again.

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

We had a wonderful experience. The house was beautifully maintained and equipped with great amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The host was exceptional—responsive and a great communicator, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant visit. The only downside was the location; we had to drive everywhere to reach local attractions, dining options, and grocery stores, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped stay, as long as you're okay with driving to get around.

This place is awesome! We were staying in Antibes for the first time with our three kids (four and under). Our flight was delayed and Peter was so kind to meet us super late at night. The location is great. Two mins walk from a swing-park and loads of restaurants but also a quiet street (not full of noisy bars/music etc). It’s got a lift, the travel cot had a proper mattress and the washing machine is so useful with three kids. The only downside is the building (not Peter) decides when to turn on the AC and thought 25-30 degrees in June isn’t hot enough! So coming from Scotland we were really struggling with the heat and Peter managed to get us a portable AC unit and some fans to make it a bit cooler. All in we would recommend staying here to anyone and hope we can visit ourselves again.

Excellent apartment for those who love tranquility surrounded by nature. We were on bicycles and the climb that leads to the house is quite challenging, but it was worth the effort. Beautiful terrace where we dined. Clean and welcoming environment. Recommended.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Dominique and his wife were very friendly and helpful. My window was smashed in Nice and Dominique and his wife helped us temporarily cover the window with cardboard and a garbage bag. They even tried to get me a new windshield, unfortunately unsuccessfully, because it would have to be ordered and that would not have worked out in time. Since we were in the accommodation for 10 days, his wife even offered to wash our laundry. The place was really nice and had everything you need. The pool and the view were beautiful. If we were to go down again, we would definitely take the accommodation again. Thanks again to both of you

Chrystèle is an incredible host, very accommodating, friendly, smiling . Arriving in Cannes , she was super responsive to renting her property . The Triplex is even more impressive when it comes to photography . From decor, cleanliness, bedding, storage, there is nothing to complain about this sublime apartment . Go with your eyes closed . Great place for vacation, the apartment contained everything needed for swimming, cooking and all instructions are clear and easy to understand, the sea view was awesome , in addition to that, Han was very communicative and asked each time if we need anything extra. I would just recommend for anyone who wants to have vacation in Nice. Thank you Han for providing such a great accommodation and service.
