Great place with a great view of Nice! The accommodation has everything you need to feel very comfortable, especially the separate kitchen in the garden is great. Would definitely go again!

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s perfect if you are traveling with another couple as the second room is very private. The views are gorgeous and the beach is walkable (just be aware that walking up the driveway is a workout!) The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies which was great for cooking dinners. The host was also very responsive. Theoule-sur-mer is a great town for biking. The local restaurants were delicious. We went before busy season so restaurants weren’t open all of the time but when we did get to dine there it was delicious! We would definitely book again!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Mougins villa during the Cannes Film Festival, and it truly enhanced our experience. The villa's tranquil setting provided a perfect retreat after the festival's excitement. The check-in process was seamless, and Carole's attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The spacious layout and pristine pool area offered both comfort and luxury. Being just a short drive from Cannes, the location was ideal for our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a serene yet accessible getaway in the South of France.

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

Perfect location to walking to Canne. Much more spacious then I expected which was fantastic for the group of us staying for work. Martine left a lovely food basket and fruit which was really great. will definitely look to book again for our event next year. The communications from Martine made it easy to find and get in.

This is a truly stunning house in a beautiful setting with a spectacular view! We feel so lucky to have been able to stay here and will definitely return. The most notable thing about the house is the breathtaking view from the multiple terraces - you could spend all day admiring the the view over the bay of Beaulieu and over to Cap Ferrat at sunrise, during the day, at sunset and at night! The house itself is also beautiful, with painted walls and ceilings, 4 bedrooms and bathrooms (with an especially grand master bedroom suite, bathroom and sitting room on the top floor), a large and well equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas and another sitting room downstairs. The pool was still chilly in May but welcoming to anyone who likes a cold dip. And Jinil was very helpful and responsive. It is a steep walk down to the town of Beaulieu - lots of steps - so maybe not suitable for everyone. But it is easy to drive into town or call an Uber, or walk down and take a taxi back.

We really Trully had an amazing time. The house was equipped with everything we needed.. The outside area the pool, the outdoor kitchen and bathroom the outdoor living room truly amazing. The host was incredible. She welcomed us and left us a lot of yummy food, snacks, fruits, bottles of wine and beers. Great attention to detail. Prime location. We have 1000% recommend!!

We spent 10 days in this listing. It was our first time with Airbnb and we don't regret it. A very welcoming, attentive host, gave us lots of tips and was always there when needed. Regarding the house, everything was perfect, as in the description! Very clean, very tidy, everything was great. A really beautiful house with all the necessities. We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. We miss the view and garden so much already. This is a stunning Airbnb, Amelie is a great host - super quick communication and responded really quickly to a couple of requests. The photos are really accurate but somehow don’t do the villa/views justice. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of steps. The studio is a flight of stairs below road level, bedrooms of the villa one level down, living area and kitchen another level down and pool another flight of stairs down. We really look forward to returning.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

Sophie's house has a crazy charm and exactly matches the photos. A superb Belle Epoque villa with a Mediterranean garden rich in local plants offered in pretty pots with a personalized touch. The sea view from the bedrooms on the 1st floor and from the spacious terrace on the ground floor are a pure feast. We had an endless pleasure in this sublime region that we know well. Highly recommend!

Quiet house with a magnificent view. Well-equipped, we were delighted to spend the week here. The location allows quick access to all amenities.

We had a great time at Bergerie St Andrieux. Each week for 4 weeks one of our children came to stay (along with their families). Each of them said how much they enjoyed their stay. The house was perfect for 2 families as the sleeping areas are completely separate (even 2 sets of stairs) so we weren't disturbed by children! The outside eating area was ideal - we ate all our meals there, including barbecue's and a couple of great wood-fired pizza evenings. The pool was excellent - it was separate from the house and secure so we didn't need to worry about the children and was large enough and deep enough to have a proper swim. The views from the house are stunning. It is difficult to take walks directly from the house but mostly a short drive will take you to the start of a good walk. And, Fatima was very friendly and helpful in dealing with the minor issues we encountered.

Lovely house, super nicely decorated. Cute and spacious and luminous. Pool and gallery very lovely. We loved Mougins, the town 7 min by car (old town) is to die for. Cutest restaurants. Close to Cannes and Nice. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended. Hosts very welcoming and all process ran super smoothly. We loved the house! Perfect for the 5 of us.

The house was very homey and comfortable the projector was very fun for me and my family the two dishwashers was also very helpful for my large family. The property management team was also very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They even provided stamps for my family. It was overall a very good stay and a very comfortable experience.

We were two families with 6 children aged 16-5. Had a wonderful holiday in Gilles's house for 10 days. The kids loved the pool and table tennis, while we adults really appreciated the good atmosphere and great house. Gilles was very nice and the place would definitely recommend.
