Amazing view, nice and clean, looked exactly like the photos. Nice touches with the Madeira wine, bananas and coffee pods. Well fit out kitchen. Would stay here again if I’m ever back in Madeira!

Beautiful house. The driveway is easy to miss if you're not paying close attention the first time. Well equipped kitchen. Next to a walking trail by the sea. Well situated to drive to other attractions around the island. Fanal forest, P Moniz, Santana, PR16, were not far away.

Had such an amazing time in Madeira, so beautiful and amazing. Our stay here was in a prime location to get every where, near downtown Funchal and of course near the baskets. The Airbnb had a beautiful view out over Funchal and the water. The space was amazing and very clean, would recommend staying here to all.

Family home, nice in a very nice quiet village without a car. We fell in love with Jardim do Mar, its small alleys with its typical gardens! Thank you Sofia, we felt at home 😊🙏

We had a lovely stay with the five of us. It lacked nothing, really everything was present (even a cheese slicer, nice for a Dutchman😅). Also a lovely outdoor area with enough furniture for all of us. Highly recommended. I would love to come again.

The house was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything was well prepared for our arrival, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the whole place had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet close to local shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space (great for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening). The host was extremely friendly and responsive, always ready to help or answer any questions. You can really tell they care about their guests and put a lot of thought into making the stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area

WOW! The view alone was worth the money. It’s hard to stress how amazing it was to sit outside every morning and evening and enjoy the view. Inside was also very well decorated and very clean. The area was quiet and felt safe. Not a huge deal, but the bathroom only came with one role of toilet paper. Other than that inconvenience, the service was incredible. Our host gave us so many local recommendations.

Excellent stay. Good location as a base. The restaurant is very tasty and offers an added value to the accommodation. A beautiful location with an eye for detail.

The property easily lives up to the description and the pictures. The houses are fully equipped, very nicely decorated and comfortable. The swimming pools offer stunning unobstructed views of the ocean during the day and of the sky at night. There are no road noises, the place is truly calm. Grocery stores are a few minutes away by car, as are restaurants. Numerous hikes can be found in the region. The host is very reactive and will provide many recommandations related to restaurants and activities. Renting both houses to two families is a great way to spend time together while also having some privacy. I would go back there without any hesitation.

Very nice clean studio with a little kitchen with all amenities. Beautiful views from the balcony to the ocean and a part of the city. Calm. Elisabete was very friendly and responsive .

Beautiful and very secluded place. The view from the house is amazing & the garden was so beautiful to relax in. The house itself was great. Kitchen wasn’t huge but we made it work - only difficulty was opening the oven door and getting stuff out when it’s so close to the fridge. The road up to the place was very steep and winding, but we managed fine in our car rental. It was tricky parking on the drive so we opted to park across the road instead which was absolutely fine. The home isn’t in walking distance to anything but it was nice to have dinner and the evening at the Airbnb, to enjoy the space :) Would defo stay here again.

Richard welcomed us warmly and showed us the accommodation, as well as gave tips for excursions. There was a folder with more information and tips in the accommodation. He was always easy to reach and responded immediately. We had a wonderful stay. The house looks like the pictures and everything was very clean and well maintained.

We stayed four nights in Hugo's accommodation. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful and very quiet area. We had agreed an arrival time with Hugo in advance and he was waiting for us at that time neatly (with a cake baked by Grandma herself🥰) and gave us a tour of the accommodation. We really enjoyed it, thank you Hugo!

Our first visit to Madeira and we had a great time. The villa is immaculate, plenty space, very clean and comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. It’s in a great location to explore Funchal and the wider island. There’s quite a hill to climb on the way back up from the town but it was manageable for a group of 65-75 year olds. And if you decide not to walk Bolt taxis are easily available and not expensive. Nuno and Rubina are excellent hosts. Nuno had sent us lots of information before our trip. Very helpful as we were only there for a week so could make some plans in advance. He came to meet us when we arrived to show us where everything was. Any questions were answered quickly with helpful replies. All of the things Nuno suggested that we tried were very good. I would add an evening at Sabor a Fado to his list of places to try. We had a great night there, but it’s a small place so definitely book. I would highly recommend a stay at Nuno and Rubina’s. Excellent!

We loved staying at this apartment. It has an amazing view to the sea and is also in walking distance to it. There are many good restaurants in this area and a supermarket as well as a bakery on the same street. Many sights and hiking trails are in short distance to the apartment. It’s very well located.

We had a lovely stay in this accomodation. It was nice to explore an area outside of Funchal and was a good base to explore around the island. The place was very clean and the view was stunning. The hosts were very kind and friendly at both check in and check out. I would highly recommend!

The accommodation of Maria Joana and Janine was amazing! We felt welcome from the start. The area is really nice and has lots to do and restaurants to go. The best thing is that we’ve seen one the best sunsets from our own balcony and that says a lot for Madeira! During our stay we have asked Janine for tips on where to go and it was like talking to a search engine. She instantly sent us links with spot on restaurants and shops. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

Orlandina is a fantastic host, always quick to respond and providing all the necessary information well in advance. I felt very welcomed, and the apartment offers a stunning view. I never had any trouble finding parking and always felt secure in the area. Additionally, there was no noise from the neighbors. I would highly recommend Orlandina as a host.

Our stay was really nice. The place corresponded exactly to the description and photos. Julien was a very nice communicative host who gave good tips for the island. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The road to the property is quite steep. You should therefore rent a suitable car. There is a construction site near the property, which can occasionally be heard. However, this did not significantly disrupt our stay, as we were traveling during the day. We can only recommend the place.

We had a wonderful stay at Paulos apartment. It was very spacious, clean, had everything you could need and more. Location is perfect, very central to both Funchal town and Funchal new town near the lido. Having access to the underground parking was also so handy! The only small issue was with the shower head in the en suite not attaching to the wall fixture, but only a slight inconvenience. Would recommend this property and definitely come back :)) thank you, Paulo!
