It has all the main services (pharmacy; supermarket; health center; post office; bus stop) within a 2-5 minute walk. Excellent accessibility for people with limited mobility. It is located next to the highway and with access to the Expressway, making it easy to travel to all areas to visit. Close to the airport. It is a quiet area and this space has all the amenities conducive to relaxing.

Located in Canico de Baixo, with a great balcony and a nice view, close to the public beach of Reis Magos. In walking distance you will find restaurants, bars, mini-markets, a bakery and car rental. The bus stop to Funchal (main city) is two minutes walk-distance and the airport 10/15 minutes by car. For any advice or help you can contact me at any time.
