We had a lovely stay here! Wonderful location, wonderful host , and very clean and spacious ! We would love to stay here again! We don’t have any complaints !

Our stay was excellent! The apartment is super comfortable, cozy decor, well-equipped, which made us feel very comfortable and at home! The location is excellent, super close to restaurants, markets, pharmacy, bakeries, tourist spots, everything possible to walk to! I'll be back for sure!

Perfect for an affordable, cozy place to sleep. Host was helpful and quick to respond to any needs. Bed was comfortable, and the privacy is great. The mini kitchen and laundry machines were very much appreciated, especially at this price point. Perfect for tourists as it's a 3 min walk from the RER train station. Light sleepers might not like the sounds of the traffic in the early morning, but it's that spot that makes this place so convenient. Outside of rush hour, it's a calm and pretty neighbourhood. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are a 2-3 min walk. Plane spotters will also appreciate this place as there's a great view of the air traffic around noon.

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. We had a lovely stay at Nellia's. Warm welcome and easy access with the lockbox at the entrance. The studio is well optimized and equipped with everything you need to cook (including salt, pepper, oil and vinegar). The milk as well as the coffee pods and tea left available are very appreciable. Please note that bath towels are also provided. The accommodation is well located, close to the shops and parks of Gagny, and less than 10 minutes from the RER E train station. Convenient location for visiting Paris, even if it takes 30 to 40 minutes by RER to get to the tourist places of the city.

Overall we had a great experience staying here. We are a couple that stayed for one week. It is just as described and looks just like photos. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station which we found to be really easy/helpful to get around for our first time in Paris. Wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to get the Netflix up and working for us. Very kind and attentive.

We had a great stay with Anissa and her lovely family. They were very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to planning our evening activities. We also really enjoyed the delicious coffee! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place for a relaxing time Excellent equipment

We had a very enjoyable stay with Sabine. The house is in a quiet location in a good driving distance from Disneyland. The contact with Sabine was very friendly and involved, which makes it extra nice. We have felt at home. The children's room was nicely decorated in the Disney theme, which made our son very happy! We will definitely return if we want to stay in the area again!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
