Karla's apartment is excellent! All renovated, with a beautiful view, everything well organized, air conditioning in perfect condition, great TV room and excellent bedroom. The location is great too! Next to the supermarket, a few steps from the beach and with easy access to the back street, which has great restaurants, bakeries, ice cream shop, pharmacy. It's perfect for those who go to Santos by bus, because you don't need a car for anything!

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. ABOUT THE HOUSE: sensational, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, I didn't miss absolutely anything, it even has drinking water and ice in the kitchen every day. The mattresses are comfortable, very clean bath towels, new soaps in all the en-suites, complete bedding and excellent quality furniture. SAFETY: 10 stars, we went to the beach and left the whole house open and didn't even touch the doors, The condominium is super quiet, we only heard the sound of birds. We will certainly return. Very well located apartment, sensational view, everything is new and well maintained. When you enter the apartment you already feel something very good and think: the stay will be great. And it really was. Da.Suelly and Mrs. Vanessa were always present and proactive. I will definitely come back more often. As a suggestion, if possible: increase the size of the bed.
