Minutes from Little Lake Sunapee and Pleasant Lake, both with beach areas and boating access for summer visitors, and close to Mts Sunapee, Kearsarge and Ragged, for hiking and skiing.

Walking distance to restaurants, bars, art galleries, and all this historic town has to offer. This cozy one-room guesthouse is located on a quiet street off the green in downtown Lebanon, NH. It offers a private entrance with access to a lovely outdoor patio and gas grill. A short walk away from restaurants and cafes and a 12-minute drive to Dartmouth College. Please note that there is no kitchen sink or stove.

The house does not come with sheets and towels but if you need that, please let me know and I’ll make that happen for a small fee ($15)! Great for kids! Studio 154 is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in a country setting. 18 mins to Lebanon and 25 mins to Mount Sunapee. A short drive through the neighborhood past mountain views, King Blossom Farm Stand, and meadows that frequently host wildlife and sunsets. The studio has 2 queen sized beds, 3/4 bath, love seat, dining table and work desk. Enjoy fast WIFI, 42" tv, USB plugs next to the night stands and tv shelf. Service fee is included in the price!
