We spent about a week at the place with three children. The host Alessio personally welcomed us and showed us the apartment in detail. The stay went smoothly and was very pleasant. The apartment is excellently equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. All household appliances and sanitary facilities worked perfectly. The kitchen is fully equipped and also offers all the necessary utensils for a small breakfast. Particularly noteworthy is the private parking space – a real rarity in Genoa and a great advantage. Conclusion: We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back any time.

We had a wonderful stay at Giancarlo’s place. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-located — perfect for our family. Giancarlo is a kind and helpful host who assisted us more than once with taxis and responded quickly every time. We appreciated his kindness so much that we left him a small gift from our culture as a thank you. His warmth and hospitality made our stay in Genova truly memorable. Highly recommended!
