This building was home of Lake City country kitchen for years, this building still looks like a storefront and is no luxury home but is cozy and being on the ATV route you can unload your side-by-side or four wheeler’s or whatever you have and ride them just a few blocks to the trails going up to Windrock . When you get hungry or need fuel there are several restaurants and gas stations there on the ATV route you can ride to.

After a day of riding the beautiful and challenging trails stop for dinner or enjoy the firepit and grilling at the home.

You will have the wonderful convenience of unloading your trailer & riding to the trails. We are located 4 minutes off exit 134. You can be at The Flats on Windrock in 30 minutes, The Eternal Flame on Windrock in about 45 minutes. Nemo Tunnel and Brushy Mountain Prison is about a 15 hour round trip. Royal Blue is conveniently less than 20 minutes. There you will find, The Top Of The World, Widow Maker, & many others. Travel about 20 minutes farther down Royal Blue to Tacket Creek.

2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom house. Perfect for a few people or two couples looking to ride. Centrally located between Royal Blue (2 min) and Tackett Creek (13 min). No trailering is required to get to either areas from the house. There is also plenty of parking for larger trailers. We are next to a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. This is 1 of 4 homes that are next to each other so we can accommodate all group sizes. Please let us know if you need help booking larger groups.

Cozy beds will give you the rest you need after a long day in the mountains or on the water! Plus a fenced in front yard for your fur babies so they fill right at home along with you!

Newly renovated, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is family-friendly. Sleeps up to 12. Near marinas. Kitchen is fully equipped to make gourmet meals. Home has many nice extras. Great outdoor living space with a screened-in back deck, firepit, and 3-tiers of decking leading to our floating dock with slip, kayaks, life jackets, floating Lilly pad.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.
