Mansion vacation rentals in Campania

From the moment we arrived Luigi and his family were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. On our first evening we were given 2 enormous freshly baked pizzas. Most welcome after a long day travelling here. As a party of five adults we stayed for two weeks and glad we did. The views from the Terrace were amazing, with spectacular sunsets. From the large deck and pool areas you can quietly relax and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. At meal times the fabulous gas Webber BBQ was greatly appreciated. Inside the rooms, there were some charming, decorative features which added to the ambience of the property. A large open kitchen/lounge area provides a lovely social space. From the property was a fabulous walk with amazing views over the Bay of Naples and Versuvius. The small village nearby is very friendly but as mentioned in other reviews a small car is essential which our hosts also helped us to arranged.

Simply put, this place is MAGICAL. From the moment we checked in, everything—from the villa’s thoughtful amenities and extras, to the breathtaking views and seamless transportation around the island—was exceptional. The villa itself exceeded every expectation, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was getting to know Bruna. There’s truly no one like her—always ready to help, always making things easier and more enjoyable. In just four days, she felt like family. Capri will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we will definitely be back!

Very nice house for 2 families with an amazing view and sunset. It is surrounded by lovely lemon orchards and has a nice pool as well. We really enjoyed our time there!

We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children who stayed a Paola’s place for 5 days. We had a wonderful time, the house easily accommodated us and was spacious and clean. Furthermore it is situated high on a hill overlooking the sea and the island of Capri. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden, swimming in the pool and exploring the area. All in all we had a wonderful time and look forward to returning in the future.

Family of 10 (10-73 ages), we absolutely loved this Villa, the views are amazing. The Villa was clean, roomy and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. The Villa is not brand new if that’s what you’re looking for but instead has an old world charm that we enjoyed. One very important thing to know is that the Villa has to be accessed by many steps and if you are not mobile this is not for you. Also, unless you plan to stay and just enjoy the Villa you will need to either go up the steps 10-15 minutes towards town of Scala or go down the steps 10 minutes to Pontone to meet a taxi each day that you venture out. Pasquale and Marco the owners were amazing, if you need anything they will do their best. They offer a pizza and pasta night for a fee. We had both, the pizzas were the best pizzas we’ve ever eaten. The pasta dinner was fantastic, the variety of dishes and amount of food was awesome, you won’t come away hungry! Thank you Marco and Pasquale for everything ❤️

Lorena’s place was fantastic for our family of 5 (3 adult children, but plenty of space, games, amenities for smaller children) she is so welcoming, she left us some home made desert, special to the area-it was such a wonderful treat! Lorena was fantastic with communication, the kitchen and general hygiene products were well stocked, and the neighborhood was a quick walk to either marina or the Piazza Tasso. Supermarket is very convenient-I would highly recommend Lorena’s place. We hope to be back someday!

Adolfo was an amazing host, he went above and beyond for us, we had flight delay and he waited for us, provided us with food and made us feel right at home, he even helped us set up transportation from and to the airport. He also helped us find a last minute Capri Tour. We cannot thank Adolfo enough. Casa Angelica is just beautiful, contemporary, Decor is just beautiful, pristine kitchen with any utensils you can think of for cooking, baking and drinks. Bedrooms we're big and airy, amazing beds and pillows👌👌👌 Bathrooms we're big and had blow dryers. The pool and Hot Tub were amazing, surrounded by great vegetation and trees. Great Sorrento views from any the two terraces, plenty of seating areas, spacious, spectacular areas, ideal for big families. Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our time at Casa Angelica, the accomodations, the extras and the friendly attention of Adolfo made our time in Sorrento a pleasure.

Really enjoyed staying at the villa. Spacious and great views of coast and mountains. Accommodation accurately described and host very helpful. Would get 5* except some areas of the garden need attention and given the number of possible occupants I would expect a dishwasher. Overall a really lovely villa in a good location

Stefania’s place is a beautiful house with fantastic views. It seems like it is away from everything but it is close to great restaurants and easily accessible to the town and the historic sites in the area. The layout of the rooms makes it perfect for two couples. Everything was as listed and as shown in the photos. We would definitely stay here again whenever we can return to this great area of Italy.

Words can not adequately describe the beauty of Villa Fjenga and the hospitality of the host! It was an extraordinary experience in every way! The host welcomed us with fresh baked bread, breakfast snacks, a bowl of fruit, a bottle of wine and fresh squeezed orange juice from the garden’s orange trees! The entire villa is stunning and SPACIOUS! Each room is very large, well appointed, as well were the bathrooms and kitchen. The private rooftop terrace is the perfect place to take a nap on the lounge chairs, or drink coffee or wine as you over look the gorgeous landscape and sea! Sunsets are divine. The hospitality of our hosts was beyond 5 star service. 20 🌟 service! Their kindness and generosity made us feel spoiled in the best of ways and very appreciated. We were extremely appreciative of them and the beautiful villa they provided us. Would stay here as long as we can next time! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home and for treating us so very well!❤

This villa is wonderfully peaceful and offers a fantastic view. Ideal for relaxing after visiting Vesuvius, Naples, or Pompeii.

Patricia’s house is in a wonderful, quiet location with beautiful surroundings. Off the beaten track but close to amenities. Patrizia and Massimo were so helpful with checking-in and giving us useful suggestions. The house has a lovely character and was equipped with everything we needed. A gorgeous setting for evening meals on the terrace, with pizza oven and an amazing garden. We even had use of the pool in April so thank you to Patrizia and Massimo for opening it up early for us! A wonderful stay with friends ❤️

The stay at Villa Elena was undoubtedly fantastic as the house is even more beautiful than it looked in the photos. Everything was tidy and clean. It is well equipped with everything and is suitable for a stay of 10 people. Having the heaters with two separate boilers for the floors, the house stays warm and you can manage which floor to heat. It has a beautiful terrace and a living room with a beautiful view of the mountains. In addition, the owner and assistant were very kind and helpful. In addition, for any questions, both were available with a quick response. The space in the rooms is right and each person had what they needed for rooms and bathrooms (2 public and 2 private). The nearby village (Cusano Mutri) is very nice, and all the people we met were warm and very friendly. In conclusion: undoubtedly beautiful vacation, absolutely recommended.

Beautiful views of the countryside, lots of hammocks and places to sit in the shade, and a charming villa. Has a nice fire pit, large kitchen, and pleasant trails in the woods.

Beautiful place. So relaxing and welcoming. Great floral smells as well entered the gate. Michele greeted us with 3 others to help carry our bags up. Croissants were waiting on us. So kind! He gave us great recommendations and even helped us book a cooking class and boat excursion to Capri. Both were amazing. Home was perfect for 12 of us. Highly recommend.

The apartment is better than the listing. It's wonderful, beautiful, comfortable. There was a surprise when we arrived and another for breakfast! Vale every penny paid. Elvira is a dear and very helpful.

We had such a great stay! Gennaro communicated well before and during our stay. My dad asked where the best cannoli in town was and he offered to make some for us along with the best tiramisu we have ever had and some delicious family wine. He even made 3 separate dishes that were gluten free for those in our party with allergies. We ended up spending one of our days just relaxing at the house and enjoying the views. There was room for all 9 of us to spread out and feel like we had our own space. We would recommend to anyone looking to book!

Marica is an exceptional host! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel right at home with her warm hospitality. The place has an absolutely stunning view and is equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. Marica went above and beyond to help us organize our trip, providing amazing local recommendations for food, transportation, and must-see spots. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to enjoy the best of Amalfi stress-free. I truly appreciated her quick communication and genuine care. On my next visit to Amalfi, this will definitely be my first choice again — highly recommended!

A beautiful home in the middle of Cilento Park. A very nice welcome despite our late arrival and a splendid setting. Everything was perfect. I would recommend this place, perfect for a large family. And the pool this August was delicious.

My family and my brother's family from Singapore stayed here for a week and it was a lovely experience. The place has an awesome view and a nice and relaxing small pool. The access road though is narrow and gave us the jitters initially as we had a decent size car but soon we got used to the road. Rachele was very friendly and responded promptly. She even got us a doctors appointment when we needed one urgently. All in all a memorable stay for us. Highly recommended.

we had a fantastic stay at Patti's place. It was a brilliant location, the pool was a great addition to have during warm days and Patti gave us some really good restaurant recommendations. I would have no hesitation in staying here again if returning to the Sorrento area.

Donatella was a wonderful host. She made our large family group feel right at home. The property is beautiful, the grounds, the pool, the views of Mt. Vesuvius and Bay of Naples, the little village of Seiano/Vico Equense were all amazing. Short train ride to Sorrento with many options for dining, shopping and ferries to Amalfi coast and Capri. Memories for a lifetime.
