Everything was great.

The place was very nice! They provided a lot of things and everything was very organized. It was a beautiful place to stay at, my family and I were very comfortable.

My husband and I went into town for a family event and we enjoyed staying here. It was perfect for us. The space was very cute and charming. The AC was amazing especially with how hot Porterville was. The host gave great directions with how to access the home. Overall, it was a great experience!

Victor is a great host and a great person. I would definitely recommend staying at his properties. My wife stayed at some of his other properties as well and they all fit the same great category. Clean, and very accommodating. Would love to use his properties again in the future. Thank you so much Victor.

This property was an amazing space for my friends and I to enjoy the lake! I think it's the best spot in the entire area to relax and enjoy all that the lake has to offer. Deborah was extremely helpful and kind! We will definitely be coming back here soon.

Nice clean and well decorated place. Has everything you will need during your stay. Definitely recommend 👌 Hour drive to Foothills Visitor center/Sequoia national park.

Arriving & staying at Joanie's place is like entering Garden of Eden. Just seeing the wide smile & "ohh-ahh" from my parents who are visiting from a city country, they couldn't believe their eyes seeing real oranges on the trees!! This is the best to place to stay if you’re in or near Porterville!

I loved the clean kitchen, which was well-stocked with utensils and tools. The yoga room had a peaceful atmosphere and was beautifully decorated—perfect for a morning yoga session. Joyce also recommended a nearby grocery store, which made it convenient for us to shop for food in the evenings and prepare our daily meals. I would definitely recommend this place for couples looking for a cozy and well-equipped place to stay.

My stay was very pleasant. Home was clean and had what my family of 6 needed for our stay. It was clean and location was great!! Will recommend.

We had an excellent stay. The property was a dream, with breathtaking views, wildlife, calm neighborhood (it was so quiet in the evening that we could hear the river run in the valley), dark nights perfect for star gazing. We appreciated all the handy supplies left by the hosts - such as binoculars, bird atlas, games, insect lamp catcher etc in addition to the well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Chatting at night on the quiet terrace and waking up with coffee in the pleasant morning air were unforgettable. In one phrase - a place with healing energy.

Wonderful stay! Small miscommunication at check-in but it was resolved quickly and David was great! The home was very clean, tons of generous goodies offered which was greatly appreciated, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The walk to the private beach was very easy and very enjoyable, did some fishing right from the shore! Close to trails, restaurants, water rafting outposts and loved the ice cream shop downtown! Huge portions! We would definitely return to this home!

My Husband and I stayed here for a few nights so we could visit Sequoia National Park and Kings canyon. It’s about a 50 minute drive to the entrance! Amber’s place was so convenient and so very comfortable. The place is exactly as seen in the listing! Clean and just perfect we felt at home there. After a full day at the parks we were so glad for comfort when we got back! I Highly recommend this cute home!

The house was perfect for our extended family to stay together for my daughter’s wedding. The layout was terrific; we all had our own space. My son and granddaughter had time to enjoy the pool and the clubhouse restaurant was within walking distance for a hot breakfast. The house and some items are dated, but everything was clean and adequately supplied.

This was my 3rd time staying at Allen’s condo. He is extremely communicative and friendly. Had absolutely zero issues. The kitchen is fully equipped to make my family a meal. The condo is exactly as pictured and very comfortable and homey.

The place was really clean, nice and comfortable; it felt like home. It was the perfect place to have a great summer vacation around the National Parks.

Joshua is a great host. He’s very responsive. The place was everything and more. Very private. You have your own entrance. Plenty of parking and in a very safe neighborhood!!! I would definitely stay again.
