Silvia's apartment is a gem, it is a stone's throw from the station and can be easily reached both on foot and by car. There's everything you need for a stay! Beautiful view of the sea, airy and equipped with air conditioning. I had a great time and I recommend it! Thank you Silvia!

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you only to complete relaxation. The property has no flaws, cared for in every detail from the garden, to the cottages to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are then people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

We coudnt ask for more, absolutely perfect 5 days in Noemi's place. Spotless with all we need. Better than description! Perfect for family with kids. Very bright and plenty of storage. I can't say enough good things about our holiday, our family of 5, were so well catered for by Kristy and James. The apartment was perfect and the pool was a hit with the kids. the garden was very peaceful with beautiful view of the hills and valley. We received lots of helpful tips and suggestions which made our stay very enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend! Thank you so much for everything!

We loved the wonderful home and Leonardo is an exceptional host- the best! Our week in wonderful Sirolo went by too quickly and Leonardo’s place was the perfect base for us to enjoy the village, hikes and swims at nearby beaches. Look no further- for a perfect place to stay in Sirolo.

The apartment was exactly as described: * very clean. * very quiet (pedestrian street). * everything was provided for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It was close to the sea, port, shops and restaurants. We hope to be able to return in the summer next year.

We had a wonderful week at Giuliano's. We especially loved the wonderful garden. A small oasis, on the edge of a well-kept complex. Ample beautiful garden furniture available. In the morning we were mostly on the road, then the garden in the midday heat was a real treat. The bed is very comfortable. Beach within walking distance (beautiful free beach, with enough distance to the street) and also many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Giuliano himself was a fantastic host, always trying to make our stay even more beautiful, always available, reliable and extremely accommodating. Thank you for the hospitality and we hope to see you again.

Comfortable and spacious apartment, very quiet. Parking in front of the house, pleasant walk to reach the sanctuary, in about fifteen minutes. Very nice surprise a rich assortment of sweet and savory products for breakfast: thank you!

Romina is a very welcoming and kind host. My partner and I stayed a week in her annex and had a very good time. We were greeted by her in person upon arrival, with flexible check-in time, and guided step-by-step on how to settle into her home and the area, with several tips on what to visit nearby. The accommodation was perfectly clean and fragrant, with some small amenities not commonly found in other Airbnb accommodations. We also had the company of her three beautiful dogs in the garden, calm and cuddly. The area offers a lot to visit, we in particular explored the most beautiful beaches of Conero, various villages such as Recanati, Jesi and Offagna and the caves of Frasassi, just to give a few examples. I recommend Romina's accommodation, you feel at home.

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

Sirolo is a gem. We loved the location of the apartment. Right above the square so with the windows open, you are immersed in the action with the sea in view. With the windows closed you are removed. Main bedroom is in the back and so very quiet. Great recommendations and well-appointed. It’s a narrow space and lots of stairs. No issue for us but something to keep in mind. Looking forward to our next visit to this beautiful area.

Domenico's accommodation is fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We lacked nothing, the amenities were fabulous and the pool is super beautifully landscaped. For us as a family with a baby, it was the ideal starting point for smaller day trips inland and for time together at the pool. Communication with Angela was very pleasant and she was always one step ahead. Thank you for everything - it is highly recommended!

We had a FANTASTIC weekend! We were very well received by Luca, in a house that is extremely well kept, in the smallest details both inside and out! Each attention is very delicate. We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

Great location to visit the many sights in the area

Lovely stay. The location is super evocative and peaceful. A paradise surrounded by greenery and tranquility, where you can do several activities: from lounging in the beautiful pool to the barbecue, from ping pong and foosball to enjoying the tranquility of the place on the lounge chairs reading a good book. We were 5 girls and they didn't miss anything. At the front desk, Alice welcomed us and made us feel at home. Super available for anything, as well as tips about the surroundings of Civitanova. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back to do the experience in the bubble rooms and spa.

Very nice house, and an amazing host

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!
