Linda's place was warm and comfortable and we felt very at home. Linda and her husband were friendly and welcoming. We slept great - comfy beds and very quiet. Liked the touch of having things like user pays snacks in fridge and milk supplied. The shower was great too Thanks for a lovely stay:)

We had an excellent stay at Martin’s place. Martin was there to greet us when we arrived, easy to chat with and gave us a quick and thorough rundown on the place, then left us to it. A modern, fresh, clean and comfortable space with everything we needed and more. A lovely outlook and very quiet. Easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go and great to be able to park on the property. Would gladly stay again. Thanks Martin!

The space was peaceful, spotless, and had everything I needed — but what truly stood out was the exceptional manaakitanga. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and supported throughout my stay. Lisa’s place was absolutely wonderful. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, and everything was fuss-free and easy to use. The kitchen was a real lifesaver, and the private little haven was the perfect spot for my partner to rest and recover after surgery. Being just a stone’s throw from the hospital was a huge plus. Lisa was incredibly responsive and always available whenever we needed help. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much for hosting us!

It was a real pleasure staying at the Totara Blue property. A truly beautiful nest — cozy room, tastefully decorated, and spacious, with the added charm of an outdoor fireplace. Maree was incredibly welcoming and attentive; we felt truly pampered and cared for throughout our stay. I would recommend this place without hesitation — it truly made our stay special.

This is a fabulous airbnb. Hotel quality and very stylish interior, gorgeous large bathroom with great products. Every small detail has been thought of . Tomato sauce and plastic wine glasses for fish and chips at the beach . Treats and breakfast in fridge. You’d be crazy not to choose this for a great retreat weekend . Hosts are super friendly and even gave us a bag of avacados to take home.

I booked this accommodation intending it to be a quick and easy stay on the evening we visited Hobbiton. It was exactly that and so much more. Kylie is The Hostess with the Mostest! Warm, friendly, welcoming, thoughtful, and generous come to mind. We wanted for nothing while there. My family of three slept in much longer than expected in what felt like a warm, cozy nest of a space. We enjoyed a remarkable number of breakfast choices. And we were welcomed to accompany Kylie as she fed the farm animals. From booking to checkout (and beyond…my husband left his wedding ring behind and Kylie generously offered to put it in the post straight away), it was not just an exceptional accommodation, it was an exceptional experience.

Awesome stay, the house was in a great location, close to town, really nice view from the house. Clean and comfortable. Sam was quick with all communication and was a really nice guy. The price is an absolute steal for this place. would highly recommend.
