All you need for a relaxing break in the lakes, perfect for stop over on route between North/South Balcony for breakfast with a view, overlooking fully secure patio / garden area. exceptionally clean and well looked after. Refurbished in 2022 dogs allowed with £20 fee per stay.

Quiet countryside location yet only 4 miles into Carlisle City centre. Ample private parking. Peaceful garden has an outdoor wood burner for eating al-fresco or just star gazing. The Northern Lake District and Hadrian's Wall are both less than a 30 minute drive away, and Carlisle City Centre is just a few minutes drive.
