Vacation rentals with beach access in Çalıca Mahallesi

Muharrems and his wife are the best characters we have ever met on Ab&b. So helpful on anything we asked about. Also gave us some home made yoghurt several times, location of best bread we have ever had in Fethiye. Also bought us some home made Stuffed Vine leaves, really tasty and just like ones I have had before in Crete. Really enjoyable three weeks in May & cannot wait to go back again for three weeks in September/October. Top Notch 👍👍👍

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

Ahmet's apartment was very comfortable. There is a beautiful pool and Ahmet and his family were very helpful and responsive to messages. He allowed me a late checkout on the last day which was a huge bonus. I would recommend his property

It was a nice accommodation. A great experience for anyone planning to stay in the Kabak area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Keyifli bir konaklamaydi. Bizim için en güzel özelliği havuz erişiminin kolay olmasıydı bu çocuklu aileler için gerçekten iyi bir seçim. Ayrıca evin temizliği ve konforu da bizi oldukça memnun etti. Tekrar gelmek isteriz.

Der Gastgeber war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat in kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Da wir zum ersten mal in Fethiye waren, hat er uns auch viele Informationen gegeben wo wir überall hinfahren sollten, wo es die besten Strände gibt oder was die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Ort, man kann aber zu Fuß Restaurants, Supermärkte und kleine Shops leicht erreichen. Es war alles wie beschreiben und wie auf den Fotos. Wir hatten in dieser Unterkunft eine sehr schöne Zeit und würde es weiterempfehlen.

Even cuter than the pictures. Place was very clean. Easy check-in and so convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Very walkable. Tufan was quick to respond to any questions I had. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I returned.

We had a fantastic 8-day stay in Fethiye! The facility was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were modern and fully equipped, and the private pool (10m x 3m) was a highlight—perfect for relaxing and swimming. Our host, Umur, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. He provided us with detailed recommendations for restaurants, beaches, markets, and shopping malls, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Every time we had a question, he was quick to respond and always eager to assist. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Fethiye!

Cihan bey girişinden çıkışına ilgili ve özverili yaklaştı, ihtiyaç duyduğumuzda hızlıca yanıt verdi, çok rahat iletişim kurabildik kendisiyle.evde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey mevcuttu, biz 10 kişi kaldık 10 kişinin tüm ihtiyaçlarını karşılayabilir. Keyifli bir zaman geçirdik. Kendisine ve ekibine teşekkürler.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la propreté de l’appartement, c’était un vrai plaisir. De plus, Ozan est un hôte toujours à l’écoute, très réactif et toujours prêt à vous conseiller les meilleures adresses ! La position de l’appartement est idéal seulement à 10 minutes à pied des stations de bus, du bord de mer et de nombreux restaurants…. Nous conseillons cet appartement à 100 %, et si nous devions retourner à Fethiye nous retournerons dans celui-ci. Encore merci pour tout Ozan !

This place is as good as a budget-friendly AirBnB can get. The place was great, as advertised. The host and his family were kind and welcoming. The place is pretty close to Fethiye downtown (walking distance), so I was expecting parking to be an issue. But parking was a breeze as well, even during one of the busiest times of the year (Eid holiday)

Onur bey mükemmel bir ev sahibi olması yanı sıra çok yardımsever ve her konuda sizi yönlendirebilen biri. Kendi tavuklarının yumurtasından vermesi çok hoş bir hareketti. Araçsız olmamıza rağmen ulaşımımız açısından her konuda yardımcı oldu. Ev çok temiz ve hijyenikti. Bahçe ve havuz çok güvenli ve keyifliydi. Yürüme mesafesinde marketler ve benzinlik mevcut. Şiddetle tavsiye ederim :)

The apartment was large, with a lovely and peaceful balcony that had a good view. The location was safe, quiet, and fairly close to the sea. Fatih was also a warm, genuine person who made us feel at home. If u return to the city, I would absolutely stay here again.

We liked the beautiful unit. We rented a car from Enterprise to get around after the 1st day. Recommend Tlos ancient city and get the guy there to guide you around, and pay him 400 TL. Fantastic. Also Patara Beach sand dunes - wow! Free and totally amazing. Do not go to the pay beach also called Patera. It costs way way too much.

Ailece konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık, site ve çevre çok güvenli ve aileye uygun. Dairede tüm eşyalar mevcut, ayrıca Oğuz bey çok sıcakkanlı ve bize çok yardımcı oldu. Konumu gözlemlediğimiz kadarıyla yazlık villaların bulunduğu bir muhit ve dolayısıyla biraz şehir merkezinden uzak. Biz seyahatimizde dolmuşları kullandık. 4 dakika mesafede bir dolmuş durağı var ve oradan şehir merkezine gidebiliyorsunuz. Sonuç olarak harika bir konaklamaydı, oğuz beye tekrar teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz..

First at all - Kemal super friendly and positive person. Like battery with extra power for all who near :) Apartment is the best in our experience for many journeys. And I’m sure this apartment and community is the best in Fethiye. Super green, super clean swimming pool and super clean territory. Powerful AC system, soft water and all new. Near Fethiye you can find small town Gocek - for us it was discovery 💡 Amazing place, restaurants, people and town.

Meric was a lovely host and the location of the apartment couldn't have been better - just steps away from a common pool and the beach, as well as a short walk to Calis boardwalk, where there are lots of restaurants to choose from. We had a lovely and relaxing stay, with lots of room for the whole family.

our stay at Ramazan's Villa was great, Very peacefull, relax the villa is in a great location with Markets and restaurants near the area. we had a great time, Ramazan is always available to help and Answer all your needs. this is a great place to stay in your next visit to oludeniz Area. I will deffinately Stay here on my next trip to this beautiful country.

Osman's was ideal for what I needed. He was friendly and helpful and available if I had needed him. The accommodation was spacious and clean with a lovely pool. Ideally, you need a car as it is a bit of a trek to the shops.

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

We stayed in Fethiye and absolutely loved it! The place had an amazing sea view and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxing. Everything was just as expected, and we’d definitely love to visit again!
