Situata a 650 metri dalla spiaggia di Sotto torre, offre un grande giardino con barbecue, doccia esterna, un’ampia terrazza dalla quale si può godere della vista mare. La casa presenta due camere da letto molto ampie, una sala da pranzo, una cucina abitabile e un bagno con doccia completamente ristrutturato a nuovo. Dotata di due pompe di calore, la casa è situata a due minuti a piedi dalla piazza del paese e dal porto dove parte il traghetto per Carloforte. Tutti i servizi sono vicinissimi.
