It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

We 10 members had a wondeful stay at this property . Property amenities is as mentioned in the Photos, we had nice time at swimming pool . Food is the highlight of our stay, Bhagawan is the one who loves to prepare food as per our desire & request. Room maintenenace is also very good, except the first floor last ( Big size) room Airconditioning . It makes noice and not able to generate the enough chillness. AC service to be done. We are sure in our next visit also we will prefer stay in this property only.

Enjoyed the stay Thanks to our Host Praveen who was quick in responding. The place is very clean and homely We had a couple of problems with the Air conditioner and Wi-Fi to which Praveen responded immediately and were resolved instantly. Great Place…Great Host… Would love to stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb near Calangute Beach. The location is peaceful, offering a relaxing escape while still being close to all the action. The host, Abhishek, was incredibly helpful,check-in was smooth, and his local recommendations really helped me make the most of my trip. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a calm, comfortable stay in North Goa!

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. We stayed at the beautiful La Maroma Estate (villa 08) for 3 nights, and it was absolutely perfect. After searching through countless villas and resorts that needed to meet all our criteria—especially being safe and pet-friendly—we finally found this gem and it exceeded all expectations. Spacious, homely, well-priced, great location, the villa was spotless, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully managed. All amenities were provided and the housekeeping team was incredibly helpful and always available. I’d highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family, a group of friends or especially with dogs—they’ll love it as much as we did. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

Firstly, the property is located at a very great location. You need not worry to travel very far to find a decent place to hangout or dine in with live music. Everything is almost walkable. Along with that, the supermarket, covered the basic needs. The ambience of the property is very peaceful. Very well maintained swimming pool. Manali is very proactive and gave very clear cut instructions. She always responded in time when needed and we enjoyed our stay very much.

It’s a very beautiful villa exactly like the pictures. Loved our stay at La luxo, the highlight was the infinity pool with amazing mesmerising view like country side. The host is very friendly and responsive. Care taker was also very helpful and responsive. We felt so relaxed and comfortable. Overall I recommend this place to everyone 10/10

The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

My husband and I had a great vacation in Rohit’s place to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were very attentive and the host was always a message away. From the pickup at the airport which was organized by the host to the warm and attentive staff and delicious egg curry. We really wished we had more time here . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here . Your beautiful home was like a warm embrace nestled in the middle of all that bustle .

We traveled from Chennai to Goa with my 2 year old son, we were very precise that we required a very clean good and hygiene place due to our baby and this stay was pretty amazing, it looked exactly like the pictures, a very warm and cozy home, a beautiful surrounding, the house was equipped with all cooking essentials which helped us prepare hassle free meals, it was a home away from home, the swimming pool was clean in the community , the caretaker was very helpful, overall I highly recommend this stay for a beautiful experience in Goa. Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stay was comfortable for all the group , kitchen was well equipped to cater the full group when cooked , caretaker Biswanath was quite informative & would deliver anything at request.

The photos on Airbnb don’t do justice to how stunning this villa truly is. The entire space is beautifully designed, with multiple sections—starting from the parking area, leading up to the villa itself, then the pool, and finally direct access to the beach. Each section feels private and well thought out, offering both seclusion and easy beach access. We had an absolutely fantastic stay—completely worth it and highly recommended!

Incredible villa, We enjoyed our time there, the care taker was very professional and responsive. Although it was very dusty due to construction nearby and also the day we entered it had a smell of smoke in the room. But after day 2 it was fine. The area was quiet and the smell faded. Quality of furniture and electronics was very good. Also pool was amazing. It had a parking which allows you to park 2 cars. All the bedroom were very clean and all of them had an attached bathrooms.

I have never stayed at a more beautiful Airbnb than this! The host was absolutely phenomenal. She is so responsive, always tries to make sure our stay was just perfect. She tries to accommodate us whenever possible and the staff she provides is very pleasant. I will absolutely recommend staying at this property or any that this host owns. We will be returning and have recommended her locations to family and friends. You will not be disappointed in your stay!

We had a lovely stay at Saksham place. Incredibly peaceful and private. Very smooth check in and Saksham accommodated us with an early check in. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had. The balcony was amazing to relax on in the mornings with a coffee. My partner loved the swing (I feel we may be purchasing one after this stay for our own balcony) We spent many mornings there watching all of the local wildlife. It’s nicely located where everything is a short drive away. All in all we would most certainly stay here again and are looking forward to returning later on in the year. Thankyou Saksham.

I was here for 2 days of stay, This place was heaven trust me the rain made every moment worth it, You will experience an amazing scenic views of mountains from your balcony ( make some coffee or tea ), the place was so specious for me and the pool is also nice. When u enter the property you will feel so so fresh, Try to breathe in some air straight away ..xD Overall 10/9 for this amazing property
