Maria’s house is the perfect place to stay in Mallorca. The house is secluded & private but a short walking distance to the beach & restaurants/shops. The house itself is beautiful & clean. Would highly recommend! :)

Pinaret is Villa which caters brilliantly for a multi- generational family- we were with six grandchildren with ages ranging from 12 down to one, with their parents and us as grandparents , sharing this beautiful home from home for my 60 th birthday celebrations, all together under one door and plenty of space inside and out to enjoy , was absolutely wonderful. Amenities were walkable with great places to eat and browse and for the children to play. It is ideal. We were very sad to leave today . A unique week. Thank you to the hosts for making their beautiful villa available.

Lovely peaceful location in the countryside. Great to hear all the farm animals during the day and the local wildcat night. Perfect for kids as there is so much to play with and Bibi and Heber are very friendly and accommodating.

The stay was spectacular, the house completely matches the photos. Comfortable, safe, with all the details and utensils needed to spend a wonderful week. The attention from the owner was excellent, always available to resolve any doubts, in a friendly and quick manner. Wonderful Villa in a nice location, with shops, beach and restaurants in walking distance distance and easy access to Palma via taxi/car. The villa is very well equipped and made for a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Maria was a very helpful host and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This house is perfectly situated to enjoy everything this beautiful town has to offer. The rooftop terrace is a huge asset and crystal clear seawater is a very short walk away. The shop (just round the corner) and restaurant (on the corner) are excellent. The host is very amenable, welcoming and flexible. Highly recommended!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the City! We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful apartment located right in the historic center. The space is incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and thoughtfully decorated — it felt like a home away from home. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure comfort and convenience. One of the highlights of our stay was the host — truly exceptional! Warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, including great local tips. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having the best possible experience. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, with so many landmarks, charming streets, and great restaurants just around the corner.

Everything about our stay at this beautiful little cottage was wonderful. The hosts have clearly put so much thought & effort into creating a comfortable, stunning place where you are able to unwind in total peace and quiet. The garden was beautiful, with superlative views. We loved the thoughtfulness of the different seating areas, and the outdoor shower was marvellous! The planting in the garden was perfect simplicity with agapanthus, Gaura and geraniums lighting it up with prettiness. Really big and comfy bed, so we slept incredibly well after long hikes in the mountains and along the coastline each day. The kitchen is well kitted out and we made the most of the BBQ in the evenings. The location is perfect for reaching great hikes, and its quick & easy drive to Port Soller. The restaurants in Fornalutx are fantastic (great cocktails too!). Toni met us late at night & guided us up the windy little road, which is an adventure in itself (don’t hire a big long car!). Just perfect!

The 10 days in Sabrina's cozy cottage were wonderful at any time of the day. The nearby beach, the pool, the restaurant es cova, the charming nature all around, the nice bar with live music…, we liked everything very much. Great finca with a beautiful garden and pool We stayed at the finca for a week with our two adult children and felt very comfortable. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and the Mediterranean garden with pool is a real highlight. Supermarkets and the market in Santanyí are easily accessible. Communication with Joana Maria was quick and very friendly. All in all, an all-round successful accommodation – highly recommended!

we were thrilled with the house and the area. A very nice and well-furnished house, also ideal with children. The pool and the beautiful bay are ideal for relaxing and resting. The host is also a very warm person and would recommend you as well as the house immediately. The price for this accommodation is completely justified. The only thing to consider is the high price for final cleaning as well as for electricity consumption. We thank our host very much and the next time we are in Mallorca, we would always travel back to him and to a beautiful house.

We had a really great time at Joan's house! Everything was exactly as described – cozy, clean and wonderfully quiet. The peaceful surroundings and relaxed atmosphere in particular did us a lot of good. Joan and Bàrbara were super friendly, easy to reach and very helpful. We were able to spontaneously stay longer in the house on the day of departure, which made our late departure much more relaxed. Thank you so much for everything!

Me and my family staid in this beautiful home during our trip to Mallorca, and it was just more than we could have imagined. Not only was the home gorgeous, clean, and spacious but the views were breathtaking. We would love to be back someday soon! The host was very kind and generous, and was always there for any questions, no doubt of visiting again!

Beautiful surroundings and a friendly host. We have enjoyed our week of vacation and have completely relaxed. Within walking distance was a beautiful beach but there were also several swimming pools at the apartment. Thank you!

WONDERFUL RETURN TRIP This was our second stay at this lovely house and it was just as great as the first time. It is really spacious, very well equipped, and has everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable holiday. The pool is perfect, clean and a great size, and ideal for cooling off after a short walk back from the beach. We were so pleased to find a table tennis table this time, such a fun addition that kept everyone entertained throughout the week. The location is fantastic, with a lovely local feel, and a short car journey to Cala D'Or. Just across the road is a hotel that runs a children’s holiday club and disco in the evenings. You can hear it a little sometimes, especially if you are sitting outside, but it is not overbearing and didn’t impact our holiday at all. A big thank you to Ingrid and Salvador, who are wonderful hosts. They welcomed us with delicious Mallorcan cakes when we arrived. We are looking forward to our next visit already!

The house is really nice and the proximity to the beach is really unbeatable. The amenities are really good and there were even toys for the kids and a treat for the adults. Messages were responded to immediately. Check-in and out were quick and easy. We felt very comfortable. The second bathroom is in the garage, which is a little annoying, but that's really complaining at a high level :)
