Vacation rentals with beach access in Cala d'Or

Spacious, centrally located and a great affordable find in a high end destination such as Deia. Several large rooms in a classic Spanish style over two floors with a balcony, with everything you need to be comfortable. Great views of the town, mountains and even the sea. Near to bus stops and we were really impressed with the island bus service which met all of our travel needs - much easier than driving/parking. Kitchen was great for snacks and drinks. With loads of restaurants and bars nearby, we didn't bother with cooking. A very minor drawback, outside the hosts' control, was the location is on a busy corner of the road with lots of daytime traffic and footfall. Although you can hear beautiful live classical music in the evenings, there were also a few noisy wedding discos. Quiet on a night and able to sleep fine. Thanks for the bottle of wine.

We had a great vacation at Maria’s apartment in Alcudia. The description matched just fine and the flat was in pristine condition. One major plus is the view from the huge balcony. You can even see Menorca whenever the weather is clear enough. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is 5 minutes of walking at max so the location of the flat is awesome. This apartment is a real gem. Such a comfortable and homely place to stay and come back to after a day out on the beach. Loved the balconies and the swimming pool. The bakery over the road is a real bonus and it was easy to walk to the beach even for my 91 year old Mum! Also think it was the most beautiful cove. Great selection of restaurants - we tried many! Everything was perfect and I would be happy to recommend to family and friends. A lovely relaxing week - thank you.

We had such a lovely stay! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the most stunning beach, with tons of great restaurants nearby. The area is peaceful and beautiful and the pool was a huge bonus—clean, relaxing, and surrounded by gorgeous views. The hosts were incredible—so friendly and welcoming, and they made check-in super easy. We’d definitely come back! The only small downsides were that there was no shower gel or shampoo provided, which we’ve always had at other Airbnbs—it caught us off guard since we hadn’t packed any, and the nearby store was quite pricey. Also, the kitchen was missing a few basic cooking essentials like oil, which would’ve made it easier to cook at home. Other than that, everything was amazing and we truly enjoyed our time there. Would absolutely recommend it and hope to return!

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

An amazing apartment in an amazing location. Close to the beach and the flat has everything you need.

A beautiful house, super clean, great layout and the amenities were great. We found spices, oils, sunscreen, candles, kitchen paper, sun umbrellas, umbrellas, shopping bags and much more. It makes you feel right at home. There were even swimming diapers for the baby. The hostess Yolanda has simply thought of everything. For our arrival, she had filled the fridge with fruits, cookies and baby food. Very caring and sweet. Yolanda was also always available when we needed her. The location is as described. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the area itself. We should have done better research beforehand that there are a lot of tourists and hotels in the area. The beaches were so crowded that you could hardly find a place. Until about 10:30 pm you can also hear animation music from the surrounding hotels, but after that it is very quiet and we slept very well. But be sure to take mosquito repellent.

Our stay was incredible. We had everything we could possibly need and were pleased to find the house with more space than expected. The location can not be described. Peaceful. Views i couldn't imagine right from the balcony. Gloria had quick and friendly communication throughout. Close to hikes and ocean. Will stand out as the most magical stay in all of our travels. Highly highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time at the house - everything was very clean and as described. The size is perfect for 4 people. The pool is exceptionally clean and very refreshing! Cati is a great and charming host. We would love to come back!

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Sanam was an amazing host. The place was very well setup with lots of love and care. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy well equipped home. She had snacks and water kept for us, which is such a kind gesture. The only con I would say is, it was a bit expensive. All amenities worked very well - the air conditioning, hot water, etc.

This house is perfectly situated to enjoy everything this beautiful town has to offer. The rooftop terrace is a huge asset and crystal clear seawater is a very short walk away. The shop (just round the corner) and restaurant (on the corner) are excellent. The host is very amenable, welcoming and flexible. Highly recommended!

This home in Portocolom is amazing. The location right on the water is a huge plus to not only be able to jump in and swim, kayak, os SUP whenever you want, but it faces west so the sunsets on a chaise with a glass of Spanish wine were a highlight of our trip. There were lots of things for 2 preteen boys to occupy themselves with including ping pong, a piano, guitars, toys and even a puppet stage they surprisingly got a kick out of. The local beach is leas than a 5 minute walk, wonderful food and service at both restaurants there and you can reserve sun beds. Maria and her family were super friendly, her son met us for check in and gave us a walkthrough of the home. She was very responsive over what’s app and gave us a ton of recommendations, even told of us the local Santanyi market which we ended up gong to twice because my wife loved it so much. Overall one of the best airbnbs we’ve rented and we would highly recommend it for a family of 4 to 6.

Just got back for a week stay. 2 young children and grandparents and it was honestly perfect! The property itself is fantastic with separate loving spaces that allowed you to get space if you needed. The outside was amazing. The pool one of the largest pools we’ve had, a hot tub, sandpit for the kids (and a sauna but we didn’t use that) The pool table was a great extra touch and there was plenty of outside seating I. A spacious but private garden. Toni was a fantastic host, responsive and helpful. It’s walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. And there is a supermarket within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this place and would happily return.

Carmen’s place is a dream beach house! The house is immaculate and you can tell they have paid so much attention to every detail. Communication with Carmen was also perfect! The part of the house we enjoyed the most was the beautiful terrace full of plants and flowers, table with chairs and even lounge chairs! If we were to go back to Mallorca we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! There are a few rules to follow to help conserve energy, trash selection etc but we felt it was the least we could do to help preserve such a neat place!

6 ladies and we found everything absolutely fantastic, all amenities within easy reach, taxi at the end of the road which was fab on the very rare occasion when we needed one. all in all would definitely recommend .

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

The house and Guillermo were fantastic. We stayed here for a week, four adults and a baby, and it was a perfect fit. We wished we could have stayed longer! We were especially impressed by the wonderful welcome. We arrived at the house at 12:30 a.m., and Guillermo personally welcomed us anyway. He had brought us water, fruit, and snacks, and we couldn't have felt more at home from the very first minute. Thank you for the wonderful week!

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about

The room was just as beautiful as the pictures and in a central location, so everything was within walking distance. We felt very comfortable.

Xisco made it very easy to find the apartment and he was very easy to contact if needed. We stayed for four weeks and he sent a couple of texts just to check everything was ok. Very enjoyable stay, 5 minutes walk to the beach and about 4, to the large Eroski supermarket

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the port and mountains from the balcony. Perfect for staying with kids, our almost 2 year old was endlessly entertained by the toys and beach bits. Would recommend a buggy for them for the big hill up to the apartment. Really easy check in and pleasant experience with Pere and Jitka. Hopefully will be back again!
