Vacation rentals with beach access in Cagliari

Our stay Max and Davide’s apartment was lovely. The flat is clean, much bigger than expected and nicely decorated. The location is perfect for accessing town and the beach and on a quiet street. Our communication with Max was very good and he had gave us loads of recommendations and tips, and he let us leave our bags in a locked room after checkout when we had a late flight.

We were surprised by the cleanliness of the accommodation, which was exceptional. The location for enjoying the beach is easy to reach on foot. Supermarkets are very close. Possibility of seeing a flight of pink flamingos when returning from the beach. Buses are also very accessible.

Everything was exactly as stated. It was a clean, very spacious apartment. Nicola was friendly and responsive. There were also some lovely surprises - beautiful hikes with spectacular views, which Nicola had mapped out for us. The nearby park/nature reserve where we saw flamingos in plenty. The number 5 bus terminus was nearby and we got great value for the €12 weekly bus ticket. Nicola's place is only 10-12 minute walk to two beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicola.

The house was very clean and in a great location. We rented a car on the island, so we really appreciated the property’s parking space. Nicola's communication was excellent—he was always super responsive and helpful. We left the house very happy.

Great apartment in a calm, convenient location. Silvio made the steps for self check-in really clear and was a very responsive host with good recommendations. We'd recommend this apartment for everyone :)

Centrally located, great apartment to explore Cagliari

We had a great time in Nathalies apartment. Nice views. The owner organized a baby bed and baby chair which was super good. The only thing missing for us was an extra set of towels and a coffee machine like nespresso.

Perfect place to relax, quiet and stunnig view. Joanne was very kind and helpful ☺️

We stayed in Simone's accommodation for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. In the meantime, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Get ready to be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was quite cold at times. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) We also used the fireplace and had it cozy and warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I thought it was really great :) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave many tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I asked him where you can see flamingos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, there are flamingos there. We had a great stay at Fabrizio's house. He was very helpful at all times and even met us at checkin later than planned as our plane had been delayed. House is lovely, very clean and has everything you need. Five stars for FABrizio!

Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

Great base for exploring Cagliari. Valentina was really helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean and really well located for local bars and restaurants etc. Would recommend.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Cute and charming apartment, incredible view, perfect for exploring the local stunning beaches. Marina & Enrico were excellent hosts, there to welcome us in person with local wine and pastries. Great communication despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again.

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

Silvia’s apartment was beautiful. Couple steps from Poetto beach and 15 min from the city center where all the restaurants are. If you’re staying in Cagliari this is the place to be.

Andrea et Natasha were very helpful, we had a nice stay , quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Everything was good !

Mariano’s is an excellent host, welcomed us when we arrived and showed us everything in the airbnb. The beach is right around the corner, grocery store and pharmacy is very close as well, about 10 minute walk or less. Mariano went above and beyond and drove to the airport to drop off my wallet that i forgot without me asking :) 10/10 would book again.
