The unit is very clean and comfortable to stay at. The kitchen is well-equipped — all the basic cooking utensils are provided and there’s also a microwave. Condiments are also provided in the unit. Netflix account is also available — perfect for some netflix and chill staycation. Would be better though if there’s a bathroom door instead of a curtain. Overall, we had a comfortable stay in John’s unit. Highly recommended!

The place is very nice. It is also very accessible and clean. A home away from home. The owner is also very nice because she accommodated us even if it was on short notice. Worth the price

Great place.

The cozy and chic vibe once you're actually inside the room was what made our stay pleasurable despite the "under construction" ambiance of the area (there were some momentary construction noises in the neighboring rooms during our stay). I presume these inconveniences are temporary though and the room was really likable anyway. The place being near SM Uptown where vans are readily available going to airport is a big plus too.

Floramae was really helpful and ate inday as well we are looking forward to be a regular guest when coming to CDO

The place was great. House was clean and spacious. A bit far from the city but if you have your own car then it is not an issue.

The views were wonderful and the house had stocked everything we needed, even laundry. Although we had some issues come up during our stay, MJ was always available to help resolve them. Please be aware that this is the province and the infrastructure of the region may not be the best, so running water may be limited and brown outs can occur. There were also lots of bugs but this is to be expected given the location. Grab is not available in the area, but the host has food available for purchase. The free drop off to the airport was a great plus as well. Overall, if you’re flying in our out of CDO and like beautiful views, MJ’s home stay is the place to go.

Joel and Jarid have been amazing. It's my 2nd stay at their property now. I went there with my family. Jarid went above and beyond for me, even sorting out transportation options to and from the property. Which was a massive help. The property itself is fantastic. When i stayed there a few years ago, there was no pool. Now, there is. The upstairs balcony is also fantastic and a great breath of fresh air. There's no property/Airbnb like this place in Cagayan de Oro. Tonnes of character and a genuinely homely place. Whether you're going with just family like me, or going with a large group of friends, i heavily recommend this Joel/Jarid's place.

We had an amazing stay! The house was nice, clean, and spacious. perfect for a relaxing getaway. The owners were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality truly made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Big parking space can accommodate 3-4 cars. Also has a great backyard for kids to roam and play!

Peter's place was really nice. Area is a bit far from downtown but it wasn't really a problem since we had our own car/ride. If ever you're looking for a place to stay. This definitely is one that I would recommend!

This peaceful and relaxing unit, with its convenient location near shopping malls and restaurants, and featuring a well-equipped kitchen, provided a wonderful stay. The friendly atmosphere and responsive host, Ms. Ann, made the stay convenient, and I'll definitely book it again on my next trip to Cagayan de Oro.
