Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Cagayan De Oro City

Had a bit of a challenge on our arrival but only because we arrived rather late. Mike was very responsive, including his Driver, Dodong. Both are very helpful and accommodating. The house is lovely. Rooms are huge, each with its own bath. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit the city.

The host, Mer was also very responsive and accommodating, and Ms. Ann the caretaker was there ensuring we had everything we needed. First time staying in an Airbnb in CDO. The place was easily accessible, the room's clean and I really felt at home. The wifi signal's strong and even the mobile data. Around 3 min walk from the Airbnb to Limketkai mall. The price was also affordable. The host is responsive and very accommodating, 10/10. Definitely would book on this Airbnb unit if I ever visit CDO again.

The unit is clean and comfy. The location is great if you want to stroll to their malls since it is just a walking distance from their place. The host/owner is super considerate and understanding especially in our request to extend our time of stay. Easy to talk to.

Staying in at Pearl’s place was favorable for me since my school is in Liceo and I needed a place to stay for the meantime, so it was really near. The place could be really improved like addition of important gadgets like a microwave, putting some additional sheet or bed just incase. Then improve the pin for the door since the combination is very generic. Nevertheless, I think these factors can br adjusted and improved. So I will still say that I can visit her place again. Pearl is not easy to communicate here in the app too since she’s in Canada but she tries her best to meet halfway. Like communicating in the green app instead and compensating for the hassle. I respect her professionalism.

The place was cool and chill, had everything we needed inside, the shower had a heater which is always nice. Perfect for a couples staycation. Nice pool too.

My friends and I had a great stay at Thea's place! I loved how simple and minimalist the space was. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with free disposable slippers, a hygiene kit (toothbrush, soap, and toothpaste), and even free coffee! Thea's check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. My friends especially enjoyed taking pictures on the balcony. The city view is beautiful both in the morning and at night. The location is also super convenient. It’s walking distance to the mall and food parks, and you won’t have to worry about where to eat because right below the condo, there’s a convenience store and several food spots like Chingkeetea, Sharmaine’s, and Husband & Wife. Overall, our stay was amazing! I’ll definitely book again with my friends for our next hangout. Plus: The lobby staff were very friendly and welcoming — they made us feel at home.

Recently stayed at this condo unit for 7 nights, and it was an absolute delight! The space was impeccably clean, making it a refreshing and comfortable place to unwind. The kitchen was well-designed and spacious, making meal prep effortless and enjoyable, which me, myself really love cooking! I love that there are trash bins all over the place and a separate food waste bin! Beyond the unit itself, Mam Majoy, the owner was fantastic—approachable, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a great stay. Any inquiries or requests were handled with efficiency and warmth, which added to the overall positive experience. For a week-long stay, comfort and convenience are key, and this unit delivered on both. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

we had 3-day trip to cagayan for a wedding and we couldnt have booked the perfect place to stay! the unit was nice and clean, parking is no brainer as we can always find a spot whenever we come back to the unit, great lobby and security staff! i would def stay here whenever we’re in cagayan.

I stayed for 2 months and had a wonderful experience. The place was simple but great, perfect for a comfortable and peaceful stay. There was a nice table I used for studying, and the balcony view was one of my favorite parts. It faced the amenities and the gym so I could easily check if anyone was working out before heading down myself. I could also hang my laundry on a drying rack on the balcony, which was really convenient. Overall, it was a well-thought-out space in a great location. Highly recommended!!!

Check-in at Ara Ge's place was extremely smooth and hassle-free. The instructions were clear, and it was easy to find the location and get inside. The place was clean and comfortable, and I felt right at home right away. One highlight was the pool—it was well-maintained and a great bonus during my stay. Ara was also very easy to communicate and negotiate with, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!
